When Daddy Bangs Your Friend!



The Hogan family is just full of dramz these days.

We. Love. It.

Reports are surfacing that the Hulkster had an affair while he was still living with his wife, prompting the hulking Linda Hogan to file for divorce from him. A divorce that's recently turned u-g-l-y .

But what makes it even more interesting is that dear old Hulk allegedly had an affair with a friend of his daughter Brooke. Scandalicious!!!

Christiane Plante, a 33 year old friend who worked with Brooke on her bomb of a 2006 album, has confessed to The National Enquirer about her affair.

Christiane states, "My relationship with Terry [Hulk Hogan] began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong."

Bitch didn't feel so wrong blabbing it all to a tabloid. Who cares about her reputation? We may all think she's a homewrecking slut, but at least she got paid to talk!

"Having felt the guilt and pain build up, I gave a note to Brooke apologising for my actions," adds whorish Christiane. "I will never be able to fully forgive myself for this. I have lost an amazing friend."

The affair allegedly took place last year, while the family was still shooting their reality TV show and Hull and Linda had yet to split.

Apparently Brooke is so distraught, she has even posted this ominous entry on her official blog.

Rep: Katie Holmes "Not Pregnant"



Suri Cruise won’t have a little brother or sister anytime soon.

“She’s not pregnant,” Katie Holmes' rep tells Usmagazine.com in response to OK! magazine’s new cover story which asks whether the actress, 29, is expecting.

The magazine quotes a source as saying, "She has that special glow that only pregnant women have. I would say there is a strong possibility that she's pregnant."

When asked if she wants more kids, Holmes told Entertainment Tonight, "Yes, definitely."

But for the time being, Holmes has said, she is content raising daughter, Suri, who turns 2 in April: "We're having the best time, it's so amazing."

Rep: Pregnant Nicole Kidman Didn't Drink Wine at Oscars



Nicole Kidman's rep says the pregnant star didn't down wine at this Sunday's Academy Awards.

Cindy Adams of The New York Post wrote in her column yesterday: "Boozing backstage during the Oscarcast is a no-no. But if you're pregnant Nicole Kidman it's a yes- yes. She wanted white wine. She got it."

But a rep for Kidman, 40, fired back in a statement to Us:

"Not true. She drank lemon zinger and water and was nursing a very bad cold."

Kidman announced last month that she and husband Keith Urban are expecting their first child.

Kidman recently showed off her growing bump in Us' celeb bump watch.

Lynne Spears 'Sings Praises' of Britney's Dad, Jamie



Britney Spears's mom, Lynne, has been praising her ex-husband, Jamie, who has taken control of their troubled daughter's affairs.

"Jamie had to change his whole routine. Lynne sings his praises. He has been such a rock. He has stepped up to the plate," a family friend tells PEOPLE.

"He's gathered a team of reputable people who are around [Britney] now. She's not well, but for the first time in a long time she has people around her who really care about her."

As for how Lynne is coping with having her daughter in and out of the hospital, the friend says, "She's up and down. It's a roller coaster ride as a mother."

Plus, Lynne also wants to spend time with her pregnant 16-year-old daughter, Jamie Lynn, who lives in Kentwood, La., the source says. In fact, Lynne, who has been shuttling between Louisiana and California, is currently back in Los Angeles. "She has to spend time between L.A. and Kentwood. As a mother she feels needed in both places. She's doing whatever she can to help both girls. She's got that maternal instinct, and it's in high gear."

One positive step for the family has been Britney's recent visits with her sons, Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1.

"Lynne talked to Jamie, and he said it was a good visit," says the source. "[Britney] slipped into that motherly mode. They picked up right where they left off. She still has a long way to go [to get better], but that's what we hope and pray for ... Lynne and Jamie want their child to be whole again."

Fresh off her trip to Milan for Fashion Week, Lindsay Lohan broke out her denim cutoffs to take full advantage of the sunshine in LA yesterday. LL is back to the daily grind after making a splash with her nude photos last week, but the execs over at New York Magazine are probably still patting themselves on the back. The spread was a huge success, drawing 34 million pageviews translating into major online ad sales and Ms Lohan didn't even get paid a dime. Goes to show that Lindsay can still sell magazines — just as long as she's willing to show some skin.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen to Release Coffee Table Book

The 21-year-old twins — who topped last year’s Forbes Top Earning Stars Under 21 list with an estimated fortune of $40 million each — are publishing a coffee table book, Influence, through Penguin Young Readers Group.

It will feature “the most interesting, challenging, creative people we know — the ones who helped pave the way for us and our generation,” Ashley said in a statement.

Among them: shoe guru Christian Louboutin, actress Lauren Hutton, photographer Terry Richardson and writer Bob Colacello.

“Ashley and I interviewed the people who have inspired us, with the hope that they will inspire and teach others,” Mary-Kate said.

The book — due this fall — will also feature exclusive photos of the twins and never-before-seen interviews with the two.

We have to hand it to her, Paula Abdul is being very smart about her return to music.

She really wants to be Forever Your Girl, possums.

Paula La Loca's plans for her first album in over a decade is quite clever and (she's hoping) a guaranteed hit.

"I'm back in the studio already. Im going to do 5 or 6 of my # 1 songs, but interpreted by different producers like Will.I.Am," says Abdul.

The album will also include five NEW songs.

We'll probably buy the disc. It better have a sizzling new version of Cold Hearted!

Shia Explains That Night



Good boy Shia LaBeouf was arrested late last year for being a bad boy at a Walgreens in Chicago.

Now, the Transformers star is opening up for the first time about that crazy evening that lead to his brief stay behind bars.

"That was complete and utter insanity," Shia confesses to Empire magazine. "I was an asshole, and it was a mistake I'm still completely embarrassed about. I was in the middle of a strange mind state, having just come off a three-month window of focus. I can't diminish what happened at all. But I can say this: I'm not the first 21-year-old to be arrested for a misdemeanour. There are lessons in life I need to learn, and I'm learning all of them in front of the public."

Looks like they're following up on claims BritBrit mom's made - that Sam Lutfi drugged her daughter and tried to control her life!

The restraining order against Osama is still in effect. And, he got served! Praise the Lord.

Probe Into Ledger's Doctors!



Is his family cool with this??? We think they may want closure.

But, we gotta prevent something like this from happening again!

Federal drug investigators are interrogating two doctors concerning the death of actor Heath Ledger.

The docs are believed to have supplied Ledger with the painkillers Oxycotin and Vicodin. Authorities want to know if the drugs were prescribed illegaly by the doctors, one of which is located in California, the other in Texas.

On January 22 of last month, the NYC medical examiner determined Heath died at 28 from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs, including painkillers, anti-anxiety medication, and sleeping pills.

A law official says, "It's an ongoing investigation. It's not clear if there was any wrongdoing."

Sources say that the federal Drug Enforcement Administration has subpoenaed the medical examiner's report as part of its investigation on the doctors.

Prescription drug abuse is a serious issue. Doctors that feed into that can not be tolerated!

On The Frontlines



Britain's Prince Harry has been fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan since late December '07!

The rebel prince, who is third in line for the throne, has been directly involved in battle and is taking part in some new offensives targeting the Taliban.

Apparently, Australian magazine New Idea and the German daily Bild have broken world embargoes on the development.

We figure most media outlets were probs reluctant to report this because of safety concerns for the Prince.

Harry has been called "magnificent soldier" and an "inspiration to all of Briton."

He's got cojones!

Update: Chief of the General Staff Sir Richard Dannatt, who is head of the British Army, said he was disappointed the news had leaked.

In a statement, he said: “I am very disappointed that foreign websites have decided to run this story without consulting us."

Amy Winehouse has sparked an international clash of the titans!

Big media players in the US and the UK are reportedly desperate to nab an exclusive, no-holds-barred interview with the newly minted Grammy winner.

We're sure they just wanna talk about her music, suuuure!

You know what this means? Wino stands to make a lot of money off her dramz, if she wants.

In the US corner: CNN superstar interviewer, Larry King and the grand dame of all talkers, Oprah. Both have supposedly pressed Winehouse's people for the sitdown. According to sources, CNN's King even sent a begging memo to her offices which read: "I would love to have Amy on - as soon as she is well and ready."

UK media pulled out their big guns as well. A top anchorman, Sir Trevor McDonald is planning a one-off Tonight special with Amy and has already made discreet inquires as to whether she would consider doing it.

Sir Trevor reportedly admitted that the US has a money advantage but is still confident that he can win Wino over.

Boycott!



Charlie Sheen wants us to boycott ex-wife Denise Richards' upcoming reality show.

And we think that's a great idea!

The actor was concerned over the project because Richards is pimping out their daughters in the program.

Charlie went to court to prevent Denise from filming their kids. He lost!

"I think we should all just boycott the damn thing!" he is now saying, half-joking (we think). "Issue a mass boycott."

Sheen still believes strongly that it is wrong to include his daughters in that reality show.

"You don't go to court and make stands to prevent that if you don't firmly believe in it," he said.

Regarding the court's decision, the CBS star added, "The world is upside down sometimes."

Don't worry, Charlie. Everyone sees Denise for the skank that she is.

Just make sure you put your kids in therapy, like, NOW!

The wait is almost over!

Some of your favorite TV shows should be back on the air within a few weeks.

Eva Longoria returned to the set of Desperate Housewives in Glendale on Thursday.

The show (and many others) will be back for an abbreviated season of about 4 to 6 episodes.

Other shows, though, like Heroes and 24 wont be back until next season. Ya, that sucks.

Until then, enjoy all the new reality TV shows on the air, and the old ones, like Idol.

Simon Cowell Compares Ryan Seacrest to a "Chihuahua"



Simon Cowell continued his war of words against American Idol host Ryan Seacrest on yesterday's Live With Regis & Kelly.

"What he needs to understand is that on [Idol], no one actually wants to listen to him, other than saying, 'We'll be back after the break' or 'Seacrest out,'" Cowell sniped.

"I say this to him all the time, [the judges] are the ones who are paid to have an opinion. You just bring the artists on and off."

Cowell, who has gotten Botox, continued, "You know when you go to your auntie's and the little chihuahua gets on your leg because it thinks it's something else," Cowell said. "That's my relationship with Ryan."

Making a swatting gesture, Cowell added, "It's like — off!"

Tensions between Seacrest and Cowell heated up last year when Cowell addressed Seacrest as "sweetheart."

"Don't call me sweetheart," Seacrest shot back. "I don't want that kind of relationship."

Hayden Panettiere: Why I Broke Up With Stephen Colletti



Hayden Panettiere is opening up about why she ended her romance with Laguna Beach alum Stephen Colletti. (Us Weekly broke the news of their split last September.)

“I just knew I wanted to breathe," Panettiere, 18, says in the April issue of Seventeen. "I wanted to be single at the time.

"It just hit me like a ton of bricks: This is the time I need to be with myself. It takes such a secure person to be with someone like me—it takes so much confidence; it takes so much trust.”

Panettiere found a way to spend her time alone: campaigning for whales.

A warrant was out for her arrest in Japan after she interfered in a dolphin hunt last year.

"There’s very little that scares me," she tells Seventeen. "I’ve always been a physical person. And I feel like a lot of time in this industry, a lot of people loan their face to a cause, which is great, but it doesn’t do as much as getting out there and actually physically doing something.”

Panettiere doesn't apologize for being so outspoken.

“I don’t need to prove myself to anyone," she says. "I’m not that kind of person.

“I know myself much better now than I did [before]," she goes on. "And my opinions of things and my morals – I am not as easily swayed as I used to be.

"And when you learn to accept yourself, the more you learn to be okay with yourself and know yourself, the easier it is to love somebody and allow them to love you.”

Panettiere is currently dating her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia.

Prince Harry is on a plane out of Afghanistan, a source told Us.

"He has left the base and is en route to another location," the source told Us.

The 23-year-old royal has been serving there with British troops since December, it was reported today.

"We will not comment on the whereabouts of Prince Harry," a Ministry of Defense spokesperson told Us.

Defense Secretary Des Browne told Us in a statement, "I am delighted that Prince Harry has had the opportunity to serve on operations in Afghanistan with his Battlegroup. In common with all the other British soldiers in Afghanistan he has done so with courage and distinction. We can be proud of him and all his fellow soldiers - we owe them all a great deal. The British media have shown great restraint in not reporting his deployment and I would like to thank them for doing so. It is however a great pity that the news has now been broken by media overseas."

Britney's 'Affectionate' Visits with Her Kids



Britney Spears is spending more quality time with her sons.

Preston, 2, and Jayden, 17 months, spent more time at their mother's house on Wednesday morning – the third visit Spears has had with her children since lawyers for the singer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline reached a visitation agreement on Feb. 22.

Spears's recent visits with her boys have been full of hugs and affection, PEOPLE reports in its new issue (on newsstands Friday). "Kids this age are amazingly resilient, and the very close bond that Britney has with her children is apparent," a source tells PEOPLE.

On Saturday, Spears reunited with her sons for the first time since she was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Jan. 3. She also had another visit with them Monday.

According to the source, Spears's father, Jamie, and psychiatrist Dr. Lee Sadja have been monitoring the visits between the boys and Spears, who has had two stints in the hospital this year. Sadja began treating the singer during her most recent hospitalization at the UCLA Medical Center psych ward.

And Then There Were 3 ...

Mama Lynne Spears is back in SoCal this week after spending the last week or so back in Kentwood, LA where she was keeping an eye on her youngest (and very pregnant) daughter Jamie-Lynn Spears ... but her first visit wasn't to see her eldest (and very tragic but getting better) daughter Britney Spears -- her first visit was to the Federline manse in Tarzana, CA to spend some time with her grandyoung'ns Sean Preston and Jayden James. Here are a couple of supercute pics of Mama Lynne with the boys' nanny and the boys themselves rockin' a couple of new haircuts:

First off, could these little boys look any cuter? The haircuts are to die for ... they are just too adorable for words. Secondly, my hat is off to Mama Lynne Spears for all the hard work she's been doing for her family in recent months. There is much criticism over the way she has handled things in her family's life (most recently, the decision to sell the story and first photos of JL's unplanned pregnancy to a tabloid magazine) but it can't be easy for her to have a handle on every single thing that happens in her family. She needs to be in Kentwood to look after JL, then she has to be in LA to look after Britney and her sons ... I bet it's very stressful. Whether you agree with her decisions or not, it seems clear that she really does have her family's best interests at heart. She seems committed to doing what she needs to do for her family ... I just hope all of her efforts are not for naught. [Source]

Britney Headed Back in the Zone



For better or for worse, another Britney Spears comeback is in the works.

E! News has learned that the "Gimme More" songstress, who has been logging numerous hours in a North Hollywood dance studio recently, is gearing up to start work on a video for another tune off of her latest album, Blackout.

"She wants to do the single 'Hot as Ice' as her next video and is ready to take the next step," said a source close to Spears. "She's been working a chair routine out in the studio and is ready to animate it."

To get herself camera-ready, Spears is going to start rehearsing up to four days a week and is looking to hook up with some top local choreographers.

The 26-year-old divorcée, who spent another three hours at home with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Thursday morning as part of her new visitation arrangement, is "very clear" and focused on her dance training, the source said.

While her much maligned performance at the MTV Video Music Awards in September was also referred to as a comeback, the troubled popster—who at that point hadn't yet lost joint custody of her boys—apparently was fated to face far more serious issues before she could worry about the ol' song and dance.

"Now that a lot of the drama is behind her, she's really getting serious about making a comeback," the source said.

And what of Spears' physique, which as all of her critics know isn't quite what it was back in her heyday?

"Once she gets working out more in the studio, the pounds will come off," the insider added. "They always do."

Spears saw her children for the first time in nearly two months on Saturday, although, per the deal hammered out by attorneys overseeing her father's conservatorship and longtime Kevin Federline counsel Mark Vincent Kaplan, mother and sons were far from alone.

Jamie Spears; a lawyer from Luce Forward, the firm handling his coconservatorship of his daughter's estate; and one of Kevin Federline's security guards were on hand Saturday and are believed to have been present for another visit Monday, as well.

Kate Talks Fashion and Friendship to Elle UK

After being crowned an official Style Icon earlier this month at the Elle UK Style Awards, Kate Hudson is on the cover of the magazine's April issue. Hot stuff, right? Naturally, Elle UK asked about her thoughts on fashion, but Kate also opened up to them about the unusual relationship she shares with her ex-husband, Chris Robinson, and her desire to wear as little clothing as possible. Ashlee and Pete Are Not Engaged, But They Are Promised

Ashlee Simpson stopped by The Sauce in NYC yesterday to talk about her new album, but she also revealed the meaning behind that ring she's been wearing. In January her rep denied that she and Pete are engaged, but that doesn't mean her jewelry has nothing to do with her boy — turns out, Pete gave Ash a promise ring. She said, "It just means that he hasn't asked my dad yet . . . " Sound like things are serious and if we're lucky maybe she and Jessica can double up for a Simpson family extravaganza.

Gwen's a Gushing Mom

Gwen Stefani looks fierce with a smoldering stare in the March issue of V Magazine. Aside from the red lips, this is hardly the mom we've gotten used to seeing, but it's always fun to squeeze in one last photoshoot before that baby bump starts showing. In the article, Gwen sounds like a regular mom getting emotional when talking about Kingston. She said,



"I'm gonna start crying when I talk about this because it’s just so ... it's so intense. I put him to sleep at night and, you know, I'll be rocking him to sleep and he'll be playing with my hair and ... it's just the most amazing feeling in the world."

Aww, it sounds like Gwen is still a big softie on the inside even though she's looking like a fierce fashionista on the outside. Harlow Is So Cute! Nicole and Joel Seem To Think So Too

We all let out a collective "awwwww" when we first saw the Nicole and Harlow People cover and now we have a look at the full inside spread. I don't want to jump the gun, but seriously, she's gotta be one of the cutest little munchkins ever and Nicole and Joel look so great (especially her hair) coo-ing over their baby. The whole photospread is unbelievably sweet and the interview from the new parents is just as heartwarming. Can you tell I love it or do you need me to gush more? Here are some highlights:



Who was the first to cry?
Nicole: I cried right away.
Joel: Right when she came out, you know that cry that's like an internal cry where you shake a little bit? [To Harlow] You made me cry!

How did you pick the name?
Nicole: We couldn't agree. I wanted a hippie name and he wanted a more Biblical name.
Joel: I really like Jean Harlow the actress, and she likes Shalom Harlow the model. Harlow's cool because it feels like a classic name.
Nicole: And no one has it.
Joel: Winter was so serene and quiet and that's how she is.
Nicole: I always liked the name Kate, but I knew I'd never name my kid that because it was just too plain.

Do you have help at home?
Joel: We don't have a nanny. We have our moms. They've helped us a lot.
Nicole: And we have to give credit to Benji [Joel's twins brother]. He lives six houses down. He babysits, like really babysits.
Joel: There was a day when I'd been at work all day and Nicole hadn't left the house for 48 hours, and I was like, "Let's go to a restaurant down the street," and Benj was with the baby. Then someone said they read somewhere we were out all the time. It's crazy. You leave the house for one hour and eveyone's like, "She's out! She's leaving the baby!"

Lindsay Lohan: Out of Work Actor and Not Loving It

Who wears short shorts? Lindsay Lohan wears short shorts! Little Miss LL rocked those legs out around LA last night after spending her day showing the same skin in some cutoffs. While we may not be seeing much from Lindsay professionally these days, she sure is making the magazine rounds this time stopping to give a sound bite or two to Paper Magazine. As usual, she's got no apologies. Here are highlights:



* On getting roles: "They either want to take a chance or they don't, is how I see it."
* On partying too much: "I had a lot going on in my life and that was a way of hiding from it ... I hadn't seen my dad; I had a lot of work stress 'cause I was constantly working and never took time to stop ... Everything was go-go-go, and the easiest thing was to run away from it, going out and drinking at night ... You know, you don't have to think when you let go sometimes ... But I didn't realize it was getting in the way of my work – what I've worked for my whole life."
* On getting help: "There's not really much else to do when you're sitting in a treatment center. It's like, 'Why am I here? Let's think."
* On the future: "Right now I just want to find a great script, a great role ... I was so used to working and working and working, and for a good few months there was nothing for me to do. Now I know what it's like to be an out-of-work actor, and how much it scares me."

It seems like Lindsay and her similarly troubled starlet friends have about endless second (third, fourth...) chances, so I'm thinking she'll still be able to get roles. Let's just hope that returning to work doesn't mean a full return to her former lifestyle too. Though, ugh, it looks like it might be.

Zac Efron is One Slick Rick



Zac Efron arrives at the Gaiety Theatre in Douglas, Isle of Man on Thursday to continue shooting his new movie Me and Orson Welles (an adaptation of the period coming-of-age novel by Robert Kaplow).

Claire Danes stars opposite the 20-year-old teen heartthrob in the Richard Linklater-directed film.

Me and Orson Welles is a 1937-set movie, which centers on a high school student (Zac) who, while strolling the streets of New York, happens upon the yet-to-open Mercury Theatre and is noticed by its mercurial founder, Orson Welles.

Natalie Portman and Pharrell Together?

Nat, 26, is reportedly starring in the next Mira Nair film entitled Kosher Vegetarian. Irrfan Khan will be cast along with Natalie in a love story between a Gujarati man and a Jewish girl.

Irrfan is very excited about the new project saying, “I’ve heard Natalie is my co-star in the film. I find the project immensely exciting because it is Mira’s film. Mira is a majestic multi-tasker. I love her spirit. It’s contagious. After The Namesake, I was sure we would do something special again.”

Reese Witherspoon is Trash



Reese Witherspoon was so upset when Polaroid decided they weren’t going to produce their instant cameras anymore.

The 31-year-old Oscar-winning actress said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, “I was absolutely despondent the other day when I heard they not going to be making Polaroids anymore. Every since I was a little kid my mother was very bad with 35 mm cameras pictures so she took Polaroids of us. I have them as me as a kid and then I put my kids in the same position and take the same picture and stuff.”

Ellen surprised Reese with a basket full of Polaroid cameras and film. Reese took a picture of Ellen, telling her to say “cheeseburger.”

Reese also shared about her strange obsession with garbage–apparently she doesn’t like it when trash is overflowing in the garbage can.

She said, “I like to throw a lot of things away. Particularly at Christmas, it makes me a little crazy when the trash is overflowing. So then I put on rubber boots and I literally get into the trash can and I stomp on the trash and [my son] Deacon thinks it’s so great. We call me ‘the mommy trash compactor.’”

Reese added to her strange habit: “Sometimes I’ll sneak in and look at the neighbor’s garbage cans and see if it’s kind of empty. I’ll wait literally until the middle of the night when the children are asleep and I’ll take my extra garbage and I’ll put it in the can.”

'Idol's' Amanda Overmyer Busted For DUI In 2006



Amanda Overmyer, the raspy "American Idol" contestant with two-toned haired, was busted on driving under the influence charges two years ago.

Splash News were first to report that Overmyer was arrested on the charge in October 2006.

The Mulberry, Indiana native was pulled over in Crawfordville, after authorities clocked her driving more than twice the speed limit in a 45 MPH zone. She also ran a red light, according to Splash.

Overmyer had a blood alcohol level of .108.

The National Enquirer reported that Overmyer spent six hours in the Montgomery County Jail before her bail was posted, by Casey Taylor, her fiance.

She reportedly pled guilty to the charge.

Rowling bashes 'Harry Potter Lexicon'



NEW YORK - As the creator of the Harry Potter books sees it, her kindness to fans might come back to haunt her. In papers filed for a lawsuit in Manhattan, J.K. Rowling says she feels betrayed by a fan, Steven Vander Ark, for his role in trying to publish an unauthorized reference work, "Harry Potter Lexicon."

Ark is editor of a Web site containing a fan-created collection of essays and encyclopedic material on the Potter universe, including lists of spells and potions found in the books, a catalog of magical creatures and a who's who in the wizarding world.

Rowling said she was especially irked that the site's owner and the lexicon's would-be publisher, RDR Books, continued to insist that her acceptance of free, fan-based Web sites justified the efforts.

"I am deeply troubled by the portrayal of my efforts to protect and preserve the copyrights I have been granted in the Harry Potter books," she wrote in court papers filed Wednesday in a lawsuit she brought against the small Muskegon, Mich., publisher.

She said she intends to publish her own definitive Harry Potter encyclopedia.

"If RDR's position is accepted, it will undoubtedly have a significant, negative impact on the freedoms enjoyed by genuine fans on the Internet," she said. "Authors everywhere will be forced to protect their creations much more rigorously, which could mean denying well-meaning fans permission to pursue legitimate creative activities."

She added: "I find it devastating to contemplate the possibility of such a severe alteration of author-fan relations."

She brought the lawsuit last Halloween along with film company Warner Bros., which owns the intellectual property related to the Potter books and movies. The lexicon's publication, previously scheduled for last Nov. 28, has been blocked by the lawsuit.

A telephone message left with RDR Books on Thursday was not immediately returned.

RDR Books publisher Roger Rapoport has said the lexicon is a "critical reference work" and would not compete with any official encyclopedia written by Rowling.

On its Web site, RDR Books said it was "determined to publish this book for the benefit of Harry Potter fans everywhere."

It said it "believes Ms. Rowling, who has championed the 'Lexicon' for years, will love reading the book just as much as she does the Web site on which it is based."

In the past, Rowling had singled out the Web site and its editor for praise.

Lindsay Lohan’s MySpace account has allegedly been hacked into. The scandal is affectionately being dubbed LOHACKED 2007.

Lindsay was busy in Japan shooting the forthcoming Jill Stuart ad campaign but that didn’t stop an unidentified hacker from breaking into the teen queen’s MySpace account and personal email accounts.

A few of Lindsay’s private MySpace messages and Gmail emails were released by the hacker and can be viewed below. But be warned, there’s some NSFW language!

Lindsay exchanges words with her alleged ex-lesbian lover Samantha Ronson (aka DJ Sam Young), Paris Hilton’s bitter rival Shanna Moakler and Paris’s shipping heir ex Stavros Niarchos. She even refers to a certain gossip blogger as a “fat *****.”

An entire website dedicated to all of Lindsay’s hacked personal photos and messages is set to be published in 3-4 days.

Lindsay was spotted eating lunch at Orson restaurant in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon.
