She continues down her path of self-destruction!

Amy Winehouse was seen walking around London on Monday with these new wounds on her arm.

The Rehab singer has spoken openly in the past about her self-harming, which just screams out for severe psychological help as well as treatment for her hardcore (and reportedly continuing) drug addiction.

What's it gonna take before her parents or someone just forces her to get help????

Things have been pretty sucky for Kate Moss these last few weeks.

Agyness Deyn has snatched her best dressed crown.

Her dear personal assistant resigned.

And, reports today seem to indicate that her latest Top Shop collection has bombed.

Last year, eager shoppers lined up outside all the stores clamoring to get in as soon as they opened to buy items from her new collection.

This week? No one's been waiting. Barely anyone's been buying the new line.

Kate, dear…go away for a little bit, clean yourself up, be a 'real' mom and then you might get your turn in the spotlight again.

Like, we said: retire!

Making A Statement

Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie, have something to prove.

Their marriage is great!

The pair made a very public outing in London on Tuesday night, the first time they had been seen together in months. Rumors began to swirl that their relationship is on the rocks.

Madge and Mr. Madge hit up Harry's bar, but our body language expert, Dr. Perezian, says it's not all as it seems.

"Look at them. Their bodies are not in unison," says Dr. P. "They are not holding hands, and Madonna is covering her mouth - as if she's trying to hide something. They are so over. I give their marriage another six months!"

Wow. And there you have it.

Lindsay Lohan's Grandfather Battling Cancer

It’s been a rough few months for Lindsay Lohan, who has faced battles with sobriety, with not getting work — and last weekend — with the presence of Paris Hilton paraphernalia at a party she was being photographed at.

But, her own struggles are now taking a back seat with the news that her grandfather is seriously ill.

Lindsay’s paternal grandfather is said to be having a hard time in his battle with cancer, according to Lindsay’s dad — Michael Lohan.

"He's had colon cancer for a while and has been on chemo treatments," Michael told E! News. "But now it looks like it's spread to his lungs. He's in really bad shape."

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Lindsay has been in the studio in both New York and Los Angeles, working on her third studio album. She also is expected to return to her acting work next month, after a lengthy absence, with the comedy "Ye Old Times," with Jack Black — but Lindsay will try to make it to her grandfather’s beside Michael told E!.

Michael said he also called ex-wife and soon-to-be E! reality TV star, Dina Lohan, as his father wishes to see all of his grandchildren, including Lindsay's brother, Cody, and sister Ali.

"I'm hoping they can all come by to visit," Michael said. "I've been there with him every day. But I know he really wants to see his grandchildren."

Gary Busey Apologizes For Accosting Jennifer Garner
On Red Carpet

Gary Busey has apologized for embracing Jennifer Garner on the red carpet at the Oscars last month.

During a live E! pre-show broadcast, Busey repeatedly interrupted while Ryan Seacrest was interviewing Garner and Laura Linney. At one point, Busey embraced Garner, who looked annoyed.

“I meant no disrespect to Ms. Jennifer Garner when I met her at the Oscars and apologize if I made her uncomfortable," the 63-year-old actor said in a statement e-mailed Monday by a publicist for his attorney, Vicki Roberts.

By the time he realized Garner and Linney were being interviewed, Busey said he tried to step back but "suddenly Ryan introduced her to me."

Calls to Garner's publicist, Leslie Sloane-Zelnik, weren't immediately returned.

"I simply greeted both actresses with joy and open arms, which is the way I would greet anyone I'm happy to meet," Busey said. "Everyone has experienced a handshake or hug which has turned awkward, and this was no different."

Busey, an Oscar nominee for his role in 1978's "The Buddy Holly Story," has parodied his eccentric reputation on the HBO comedy "Entourage."

Brooke Burns Heads Back to High School

ASHTON KUTCHER's new comedy, "Miss/Guided," stars JUDY GREER as Becky Freely and BROOKE BURNS as Lisa Germain, two former high school students who are reunited as adults when they both return to work at their alma mater. "Miss/Guided" premieres tonight at 10:30 p.m. and then moves to its Thursday night timeslot at 8 p.m.

ET chats with Brooke about her latest project.

ET:
The last time we spoke, you were just getting over your diving accident. How are you doing?

BROOKE BURNS: I am doing great. Thank you so much for asking. It was in November '05. I have a rod, 10 screws and two titanium plates in my neck now. Health-wise, I feel great. I am stand-up paddling again out in the ocean. I feel pretty much 100 percent, except for I can tell when the weather is getting cold. I am like an old lady [she laughs].

ET: Do you have full mobility? If they asked you to do "Dancing with the Stars," could you do that?

BROOKE: That is so funny. I love that show! I am, "Yes, I want to do that." I could totally do "Dancing with the Stars." I know they are doing another show now, too, which is like Olympic sports and they wanted me to do it. I was, "Really? Diving? I don't know." That one I would have to pass on. I might have a complete panic attack from 30-feet up looking down at the water. That is a more mental issue than a physical one.

ET: You are coming back to TV on "Miss/Guided." Are you happy to be doing a comedy again?

BROOKE: After doing "Pepper Dennis" -- I just loved my character on that show -- that is what I really wanted to focus on going into the new pilot season. When I read "Miss/Guided" and I knew that Ashton was behind it and TODD HOLLAND, it was just so smart. The comedy was really smart. Then when they started casting, knowing JUDY GREER from "Arrested Development" and CHRIS PARNELL from "Saturday Night Live," I just thought, "What a great opportunity for me to work with not just actors, but comedians." It was a great learning format for me, too.

ET: What is it like on the set with all these funny people?

BROOKE: Everybody has a very different sense of comedy. Chris Parnell's is very dry; Judy is very witty and also very straight-faced; KRIS POLAHA and I are very silly, more the outgoing physical side of comedy. It is a blast. It is such a great opportunity. I think the creators have a sense of allowing the freedom to create, whether improv-ing or adding ideas creatively to the characters. Just playing around with stuff. I think the freedom on set is what allowed it to be so real and authentic and really fun.

ET: Isn't Ashton going to be in the second episode?

BROOKE: He is. He came on as a substitute Spanish teacher/love guru. He is hilarious in the role.

ET: I know your and Judy's characters are competing for the Spanish teacher [Paholi], but do you compete for Ashton, too?

BROOKE: We do. We have a little competition going on. We have issues. Since high school, we have issues. Judy always feels like she gets the short end of that stick. Coming back to high school, not a lot has changed [in] our adult relationship, where I am her friend to her face, but when push comes to shove, have selfish, narcissistic instincts.

ET:
That scene where you pretend to not remember her from high school, do you really not remember her, or are you pretending not to remember her?

BROOKE: That is a very good question! I think that Lisa has a little bit of both and she leaves things kind of vague. And she can say, "No, genuinely, I didn't. I am really happy to see you." She will always leave it a little bit open, so she can swim back out.

ET: Were you like the prom queen or hot cheerleader in high school?

BROOKE: It is funny because everybody keeps asking me. The creator of the show said when we were discussing the character, "I am sure you know this character because I am sure you had a very similar high school experience." I was laughing, because it took me a moment to decide how to bring her to life, because I was home schooled. I didn't actually go to high school. I was a ballerina. I was traveling with my family. My family was missionaries in Romania during the beginning part of my high school. Then I was modeling and dancing and being home schooled for the later part. I have never been to prom, I have never been to homecoming, and I was never a cheerleader, so I don't have similar experiences to Lisa. So, in another way, it is fun to experience high school as an adult.

Lutfi Objects to Britney Commissioner

SAM LUTFI filed papers Friday that objected to the commissioner assigned to BRITNEY SPEARS' conservatorship and who has ruled on an order of protection against him, according to the Associated Press.

Lutfi was Britney's ever-present companion from late 2007 until her second hospitalization in January, and was known as her manager. However, when conservators took over Britney's life and finances last month, they requested and were granted a restraining order.

The AP reports that Lutfi filed a paper that read: "Please take notice that Osama 'Sam' Lutfi will not stipulate to the above-referenced (Spears) case being heard by REVA GOETZ, commissioner presiding, to who the ... case has been assigned."

A commissioner performs similar duties to a judge, with the main exception being that everyone involved has to concur in a case overseen by a commissioner, the news agency reports.

Yesterday, the court extended the restraining order that prevents Lutfi from seeing or contacting Britney until April 16.

'American Idol''s Final 11 Take the Stage

When "American Idol"'s Final 11 took to the stage, it was for an encore night of performances selected from the LENNON/McCARTNEY songbook. The hopefuls were give a second shot at choosing a BEATLES song that would earn them praise from the judges, but only a few succeeded.

Stellar performances lauded by the judges included DAVID ARCHULETA and SYESHA MERCADO.

AMANDA OVERMYER got the audience rocking with the Beatles' "Back in the USSR." RANDY JACKSON felt she'd made a good song choice, but "when you started, it was a little pitchy. Then you started feeling the crowd and the energy at the end. I would have to give you a seven out of 10." Paula agreed, but felt it would be a good idea if Amanda mixes it up a little. She said, "I would love to see you do a vulnerable ballad at one point." Simon felt Amanda was predictable -- and shock of shocks -- felt that Paula had a point. He said, "At least one week, do what DAVID COOK did and do something that is a bit of a surprise. Otherwise, you are in danger of becoming boring."

KRISTY LEE COOK chose JOHN LENNON's "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away." Randy commented that it is one of his favorite Beatle songs. "It was an interesting arrangement," he said of her performance. "The whole song should have been emotional. It was boring and safe." Paula told her, "Sometimes with these songs, it is safer to stick with the melody. It was good." Simon was blunt, saying: "I think you need hypnosis. You are not a good performer. The last two seconds were okay. It is like musical wallpaper. You notice it, but you can't remember it." Then he added, "You were better this week."

David Archuelta gave his all on "The Long and Winding Road" -- and it paid off. Randy enthused, "They are right to clap. David Archuleta has brought the hotness back to his game. One piece of advice: That is the kind of song you could have sung a couple of runs and got by on. Take the liberties." Paula praised: "This is, for me, the most exciting and wonderful performance. The purity of your sound was identifiable. That you could rise above adversity doesn't build character, it reveals it." Simon agreed, pointing out, "Last week was a complete mess. This week, I thought you were amazing. You absolutely made the point I was trying to say to the previous contestant. You not only perform a song, you sell it. That was a master class."

MICHAEL JOHNS
took a chance on "A Day in the Life," trying to condense a very long song into his limited time on the "Idol" stage. Randy chastised, "It wasn't one of your best performances. I don't think you have chosen the right song. You have that big, old voice. You of anybody can just sing. It wasn't one of your good ones." Paula agreed, but added, "I caught sound from dress rehearsal and you were phenomenal." Simon's evaluation was: "It was a mess. You didn't hit the right notes. The song went all over the place. It doesn't work as a minute and a half. You have to start sorting yourself out. You have to nail the song like David. That was not good enough, sorry."

Last week BROOKE WHITE earned kudos from the judges for her performance of "Let It Be." This week, her song choice was "Here Comes the Sun," to less dazzling reviews. Randy said, "Your performance was awkward for me for the first time. You were never really connected to that song. It never jelled." Paula tried to put a positive spin on things, saying, "What was hot for me, you can't help but smile when you watch you sing. What it did show is you have good low tones. It could have been more challenging." Simon said, "I just knew when you were choosing that song that you would be dressed in yellow and the lighting would be yellow. I thought the performance was terrible. From the horrible dancing to the absolute lack of conviction, it was forgettable. That is what it is all about: song choice."

David Cook went with a funk vibe on "Day Tripper." Randy remarked, "I love seeing you every week. You keep it interesting. I don't know if it was your best performance, but it was another solid week for David Cook." Paula observed, "You are ready to go sell records." Simon, however, wasn't as positive: "I don't think that was as good as you thought it was. You have lost your element of surprise. Last week you were terrific. I was a fan of the LIONEL RICHIE song. I didn't like that version [of 'Day Tripper']."

Up next was CARLY SMITHSON who went for the ballad "Blackbird," telling the judges afterwards that she selected that song because it spoke to her. Randy thought it was another great performance: "Very nice. Very controlled. Very emotive." Paula told her, "You have an amazing ###### to your voice." Simon said, "It is the second Beatle week and you pick a song about a blackbird. I don't think that was a smart thing to do. I thought the song was indulgent. I didn't like the song at all."

JASON CASTRO learned a bit of French to sing "Michelle." Randy felt it was "interesting, but very subdued. I don't know if I really got it," he said. "I didn't think you were connected with it." Paula thought it might be because Jason was away from his guitar. "It was an intimate song that became more like a polka. You have to work on that." Simon reflected: "This is a very weird show tonight. I am not sure it was a good idea of doing Beatles again. This is all getting a bit strange. Jason, you are lucky this is a TV show and not a radio show, because your face sold that. You are charming and not obnoxious and have a goofiness that made it work. If I was listening to it on the radio, it would have been off."

"Yesterday" was Syesha Mercado's choice, which she sang simply -- accompanied by a guitar. Randy rated her: "You changed some things around. In my estimation, it was a very, very good performance tonight." Paula said, "It is great to see how you let yourself be very vulnerable. That vulnerability is where you need to be. I would work on connecting more with your eyes." Simon declared, "I thought that was probably your best performance so far. It wasn't incredible, but you chose the best song. You chose the song Brooke should have sung. I liked the arrangement. I thought you sold it well. It should keep you in this competition."

CHIKEZIE put a unique spin on PAUL McCARTNEY's "I've Just Seen a Face." Randy commented that there were some good parts and some bad parts. "I liked it when it went to the fast part. The harmonica was weird. It could be a great country song." Paula disagreed. "I think you are showing who you are. When you sing a ballad, you are so on pitch. You did it again. Two weeks in a row. For Simon it started off okay, but then went downhill. "The harmonica was atrocious, and then it turns into 'Achy Break Heart' at the end. Not a song to be proud of. It was like a lot of different artists. It was gimmicky."

Closing the show was RAMIELE MALUBAY with "I Should Have Known Better." Randy wasn't jumping up and down, but "I liked it. You showed the confidence that is in there. It was all right." Paula rated it definitely better than last week, saying, "There is something about your voice when you sing ballads that lets you show your range. I want you to get back in that zone and show what you've got." Simon told her, "The problem is I like you a lot. You have a fantastic personality. The tracks sounded amateurish. You chose a really mediocre song that didn't show you off."

Stern Says He Never Gave Daniel Drugs

Howard K. Stern testified today at the inquest into the death of Anna Nicole's son, Daniel.

Stern said he had no idea Daniel was taking any kind of prescription medication, including Methadone. Stern said from September 2005 until June 2006, he wasn't even around as much because he was working full time on Anna's fight with Pierce Marshall.

Stern said there was no duffel bag full of medication at the hospital where Daniel died. He said neither he nor Anna brought any medication into the hospital. As for Stern giving Daniel Methadone, he said absolutely not.

Stern said when he first learned that the toxicology report said that Methadone or any other medication was in Daniel's system, he didn't believe it.

Stern also talked about the photo he took in the hospital room of Anna with Daniel after he died. He said Anna would not believe Daniel had died and she wanted to bring Daniel home with her. Stern testified Anna wanted him to take a photo because she couldn't accept Daniel was dead and needed the photo for proof. Stern said he took the photo, never made money off it and would do it again.

Stern testified he was asleep when an agitated Anna said, "Howard, Howard, Daniel's not breathing." Stern said he went over and touched Daniel's neck but found no pulse. They pushed the emergency button, workers came in the room to resuscitate him, to no avail. They tried to physically remove Anna but she would not break away. After the doctors stopped, both Stern and Anna continued resuscitation efforts.

Stern said he never gave Daniel drugs nor did he ever see Anna give him drugs.

Stern said Anna had been prescribed Methadone and when she realized she was pregnant -- on doctor's advice -- she reduced the dosage, but was told if she stopped cold turkey she'd lose the baby. By the time she gave birth, Stern says, she was off Methadone entirely.

What's Eating Amy

One doctor said Winehouse might be suffering from MRSA, a dangerous staph bacteria that's resistant to antibiotics.

Another doctor said the problem in figuring it out from the picture is that Amy has so much makeup on, it's hard to see the exact nature of the skin condition.

And still another doc said he didn't think the condition is caused from drug use (not that Amy uses drugs), because the lesions were not oval shaped, which is a marker. But the plot thickens ... yet another doc said if she picked at the sores, that could change their shape. Dinner anyone?

BTW, one of the docs -- famed Bev Hills dermatologist Arnie Klein -- said, "Amy Winehouse should not be coming into close contact with other people while she has open sores." You'd have to be crazy to do that. Then again, Amy's friends are ...

That’s a difficult thing when, you know… (pauses) Sometimes you just do really feel like an ATM machine with a wig on it.”

On her mother Patricia Hickey:
“I must give my mother credit for really inspiring and encouraging me to sing. She was an opera singer and went to Juilliard. She still sings and was a classically trained musician. I’m not a technical person, so I went the other way and got into R&B because I can just do whatever and sing whatever comes to mind. But she instilled the belief in me that I could become who I am today. She tells a story about when she was rehearsing a part of the opera Rigoletto, and I stopped her and said, ‘No, you made a mistake, it goes like this,’ and sang it back to her in another language at 4 years old. So my mother thought, ‘Okay, she has an ear.’”

On having a similar experience with Appaloosa costarring Ed Harris, Viggo Mortensen and Jeremy Irons:

Britney Spears's Dad to Sell Some of Her Cars

Daddy is taking away the keys to some of Britney Spears's cars – permanently.

A court granted the singer's father on Monday the power to "sell or dispose of" an undisclosed number of her seven cars, documents show.

Lawyers for Jamie Spears stated that the cost of maintaining the fleet of vehicles was too expensive and that the sale of "a certain of" her cars "will save substantial expense to the conservatorship estate."

Among the singer's cars are two white Mercedes (a SL65 and a CLK350), a white Mini Cooper convertible, and a black Audi.

Also on Monday, a court spokesman clarified that the pop star's $1,500 a week allowance "is not her only source of (personal) income," but did not give further details.

Spears's father and a lawyer will remain in control of her affairs until a July 31 hearing.

Lauren Conrad: How Audrina and Brody Betrayed Me

For Lauren Conrad, betrayal has been a fact of life.

"I want to say I can always trust my good friends that I've had forever, but at the same time, some of my oldest friends have betrayed me," the Hills star reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now.

For the first time, Conrad opens up to Us in an exclusive interview about how ex Brody Jenner went public with a new girlfriend just days after she left for Paris while best friend Audrina Patridge buried the hatchet with Conrad's ex-BFF, Heidi Montag.

"At this point, I have to question every person that wants to have a relationship with me, whether it's a friendship or a romantic relationship," she tells Us.

The latest betrayals have been especially difficult for Conrad, who battled sex-tape rumors allegedly spread by Montag and caught one-time beau Jason Wahler in a liplock with another girl.

"Audrina has to remind me that she's not someone who's going to betray me," Conrad, 22, says pointedly.

As for Jenner's rebound, she says, "When you have that type of thing, you always have to question, 'Why wasn't I good enough?'"

"It's disappointing to have to question relationships," she adds.

M-Dolla Does Q

Her Royal Madgesty, Madonna (who has adopted the moniker of M-Dolla to promote her new album Hard Candy), is featured on the cover of the new issue of the British music magazine Q ... check it out:

Even tho it's not a great photo (obscured by all that other extraneous text and overlay), you can see that Maddy is wearing a boxer's silk robe in her photo ... the fighter theme carries on with this new magazine cover. I hope there are other photos inside the magazine ... it seems like a waste to solely feature Madonna on the cover and then obscure half of the pic with other shizz.

I've said it before and I'll say it again ... this movie has been cast perfectly ... and with the Wachowski Brothers at the helm, I think it's gonna be a huge success. It already looks great and we haven't even seen anything yet. If they can make the monkey Chim Chim believable for me ... I'm sold. Speed Racer is scheduled for a May 9 release date.

First Look: Benicio Del Toro as the Wolfman

It's been 67 years since the Wolfman first attacked the box office, but he'll be making a comeback next year in a remake by Joe Johnston (Hidalgo, Jurassic Park III). Fortunately for all you lycanthrope fans out there who just can't wait that long, EW caught up with the horror flick's makeup artist, six-time Oscar winner Rick Baker, for an exclusive First Look at how he's transformed star Benicio Del Toro into the famed beastly creature.

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: How many different components go into putting the face of the Wolfman together?

RICK BAKER: The part that covers his nose and his brow is what we call an appliance. It's made up of a foam, latex piece with tissue-thin edges that covers part of Benicio's face and blends into his own skin. Then we have a wig and dentures that change his teeth into the giant Wolfman teeth. Most of the hair on his face is what we call ''laid.'' It's actually loose hair that we apply little bits at a time with glue to his face. It's very much the way the Wolfman was done in the [1941] original [starring Lon Chaney].

How long does it take to apply all of this makeup?
Typically about three hours — it's a pretty average time. I've done makeup that's taken close to eight hours before, though.

How much use can you get out of the appliance, dentures, and hair? Do you have to use new sets for each day of shooting?
It's mainly new latex pieces and new facial hair that's reapplied every day. The teeth are the same and the wig is the same, but we have several of those because they tend to get screwed up. The adhesives we use now stay on pretty well. Many times it takes about an hour to remove the makeup. In the old days, back when we used to use spirit gum, at the end of the day you could just kind of pull the stuff off and not harm the person's skin, but now you can't do that — you'll pull skin off.

Benicio Del Toro already has some wolf-like features — does that make it easier or harder for you?
In a way, it almost makes it harder. Where do you go from there? He's practically there as it is! [Laughs] I think what's going to make it be harder is when we get into the transformation scenes; going from Benicio to Benicio as the Wolfman isn't a really extreme difference. Like when I did American Werewolf in London, we went from this naked man to a four-legged hound from hell, and we had a lot of room to go from the transformation and do a lot of really extreme things. Here we have Benicio Del Toro, who's practically the Wolfman already, to Benicio Del Toro with more hair and bigger teeth.

What was everyone's reaction on set the first time he came out in makeup?
People seem to be getting really excited about it. These pictures are the first time we put him in makeup, and this was just last week!

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: What can fans of The Wolfman look forward to the most?
RICK BAKER: You never know how the movie's going to be, but from what we've done so far, which, mind you, hasn't been very much, what I would say to fans is that at least you know that the guy who's doing the makeup in the movie is coming from the same place they are — as a fan. I have a real appreciation for the old Universal classics. The old fanboy in me is jumping up and down here!

How much did you update the makeup from the original?
It's actually more frightening. But I still wanted to be true to the original and show respect for it. What's interesting about those two pictures is that there's one that he's kind of facing forward and you see a little more of his body — that's very much more of a classic Wolfman shot; it looks more like the Chaney version. The close-up one is a more frightening and dynamic version. Even though it's the same makeup [as the first picture], he can do a lot more than Lon Chaney could do with the makeup. It's cool that there's something for the old-school guys, and the other picture is more for the guys who don't even know what the Wolfman is but can see that picture and still go, ''Oh, that's cool!''

How does Wolfman rank next to the rest of the films on your extensive résumé?
It's funny: I've been very successful and done a lot of films, and I don't really have an agent — I don't really pursue jobs, I let people come to me. I'm not really listed anywhere; I don't know how people find me! It's easier now that I'm more established, but in the earlier days when I first started out, it's actually amazing that I was successful. But with this film, when I first found out they were going to do it, I went and talked to somebody I know at Universal. I said, ''You know what? I have to do The Wolfman! You've got to let me do this! I'll do some really cool stuff.'' The Wolfman and Frankenstein were probably the two most important films in my childhood that made me want to become a makeup artist. I pursued this job. Fortunately they said okay! It's been really fun. We've been filming at night, and were filming in this gypsy camp. It was like being in an old Universal film. We were in this forest with these cool gypsy wagons and these gypsies sitting all around, and people on horseback, and fog — I was just going, Yeah! The Wolfman!

How hard has this project been to work on compared to your others?
The ones that are harder are actually the ones that people tend to think are easier. The harder ones are really the human kind of makeup. Like Norbit, which I was nominated for this year [at the Oscars]: I had to turn Eddie Murphy into a believable old Chinese man, which is actually a lot more difficult, because people are more critical of that kind of makeup — because you see [humans] every day. So you have kind of a frame of reference of what you are looking at. You don't necessarily see werewolves or aliens every day, so you can accept those kinds of things.

90210 (2.0) - Details Revealed!

Details of the 90210 spinoff have been leaked!

Looks like the yet-to-be greenlit show could feature more racial diversity than the original. That's a good thing!

The focus of the show will be the Mills family of Beverly Hills. Matriarch of the family is Tabitha Mills, actress/alchoholic who was a major star in the 1970s and had been linked to everyone from Warren Beatty to Jack Nicholson (sounds like Lohan in her 60's). After her latest bout at rehab, Tabitha decides to try to live on her own in her BH estate.

Alcoholic mom on her own? No way! Enter the 'new' Walshes. Do-gooder son Harrison "Harry" Mills, a 1980s graduate of Beverly Hills High, decides to move back home to the 90210 after years in St. Louis to look after mommy dearest. He brings with him his wife, Celia, an Olympic athlete who's looking forward to living in Lalaland, and ends up working as a personal trainer.

They have two 16-year-olds, daughter Annie and adopted son Dixon. Annie is theater type who's desperate to fit in with the cool crowd. Dixon is a supersmart bad boy with social and behavioral issues. The producers are supposedly open to actors of all ethnicities for the Dixon role.

Here's who Annie and Dixon will be hanging with at BHHS:

Daphne Silver: a wannabe socialite who hosts her own YouTube series. She becomes good pals with Annie and has a crush on Dixon (as well as the only Jewish girl at BevHills High with a black boyfriend — another hint that producers are considering making Dixon's character non-white). Sounds a little Andrea to us!

Max Silver: Daphne's 24-year-old brother, is a working man who manages the family movie theater at the Century City Mall. He seems forever on the verge of a nervous breakdown and appears to be harboring some secrets. Could he be a 'darker' Nate?

Navid Shirazi: produces the high school's student-run video newscast and is of Middle Eastern descent. He's the consummate high school politician. He seems very Brandon-esque.

Ethan Ward: a likable jock who falls out of favor with the "in" crowd and ends up hanging with the Annie/Dixon crew. Steve is that you?

Naomi Bennett: Ethan's super-hot, ultra-rich ex-girlfriend. She appears to be a brat but will end up having more layers. A little bit of Donna plus a little bit of Kelly?

We are loving it!

Pete's Suicide Confession!

In an effort to encourage students suffering from mental illness to get help, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz has revealed that he was once so depressed he tried to kill himself.

Wentz has joined diva Mary J. Blige and Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan to front the Jed Foundation's Half Of Us campaign, which is aimed at cutting student suicide rates.

Wentz, Blige and Corgan sat for interviews, in which they detail their darkest hours. The interviews appear on MTV's college channel mtvU.

In Wentz's video he admits to being paralysed by anxiety and depression at the beginning of his career and he felt so lost and alone he attempted suicide.

"I got in my car. I remember I was listening to Jeff Buckley doing Leonard Cohen's (song) Hallelujah and sat there and took a bunch of (prescription drug) Adavan in a Best Buy (store) parking lot.

"And I called up my manager because I was, at that point, completely out of my head with Adavan. And I was talking to him and I was slurring my words, so he called my mom and my mom called me and she came and got me and we went to the hospital.

"I came home and we realised that we needed to do more than just keep (my) head above water. It's not really about keeping your head above water, it's about feeling all right and feeling safe in your own skin. It's not about keeping your head above water and barely keep going."

Hey y'all…see, if you are feeling helpless and lost, you aren't alone.

Suicide is never the answer!

Please reach out and get some help.

Spending His Son's Money

Seems all is not well in the Ledger family. Since the death of Heath Ledger back in January, his father, Kim Ledger, has been managing the millions his son left behind.

Now, Heath's uncles are speaking publicly against Kim and his handling of Heath's fortune.

Heath's uncles claim that Kim has a very bad track record with managing finances and estates. In fact, 15 years ago, Kim so poorly managed the estate their grandfather, a well respected engineer, had left them that he had to be removed as executor.

It is estimated that the estate was worth more than $2 million back in the '80s. Kim was removed from the estate by the Supreme Court due to a ruling that stated Kim's handling of the estate "placed the assets at risk."

Mike Ledger, one of Heath's uncles, stated that their grandfather's estated "plunged into enormous debt." He also claims that the family has no gain in removing Kim as executor, but their main focus is that Heath's daughter, Matilda, will be taken care of, despite a statement from Kim stating he would help.

Uncle Mike says on behalf of some of the family, "Our only vested interest is to assure that Matilda is well looked after. When you are talking about large sums of money like this, it should be an independent executor, but Kim hasn't chosen that way."

Money always gets in the way! They couldn't resolve this issue within the family????

One defender for Kim is Robert John Collins, the executor of Heath's will, who has known the family for over 30 years. He said the claims by Mike and the others were "rubbish".

Reports are that Kim and his brothers have been estranged since he almost ruined their grandfather's estate. So much so, that 17 family members weren't even invited to Heath's memorial and funeral.

To that Mike says, "I'm his godfather. We didn't even have the ability or the opportunity to pay our last respects to Heath. And I tell you, that is terrible – that is so sad."

Sad. Such drama and all over money.

Back To Being Fat

Carnie Wilson's always been a big girl. At her heaviest, she weighted about 300 lbs. And she's only 5'3"!

In 1999, after a successful gastric bypass surgery, Carnie slimed down to 146 lbs. After getting pregnant in 2005, she gained back 70 lbs and couldn't lose it. She even appeared on Celebrity Fit Club to help her lose the weight.

Carnie's soon to be 40 years old and is currently weighing in at 208lbs and wears a size 16.

In a new interview with OK! magazine, our fattie sister talks about her life-long weight struggles.

Here are some of the HIGHlights:

How are you feeling?
I’ve hit rock bottom with my weight. And it hurts. I don’t want to feel this way anymore. It doesn’t feel good when you have to struggle to get your pants on.

Why have you gained weight?
Ever since I had my daughter, my focus is not on me; it’s on her. For the past two-and-a-half years, I haven’t slept. I am convinced there has to be a link between sleep deprivation and a slower ######bolism.

Any regrets about having the gastric bypass?
No, it was the best thing I ever did. If I didn’t have the surgery, I’d probably be dead.

What was life like after the surgery?
In 2003, I was drinking heavily. Maybe I couldn’t handle feeling that great. I remember driving down Coldwater Canyon [in California] and thinking I could just turn this wheel and drive right off a cliff. In 2004, I reached a bad low and stopped drinking cold turkey. Thirteen days before I got pregnant, I got sober.

Your dad, Beach Boys legend Brian Wilson, was able to slim down.
He walks five miles a day and is a great inspiration. Around Christmas, he said, “Carnie, I see you’re a little heavier. Are you okay?” I said, “Dad, it’s really hard.” And he goes, “I know, but you can do it.” He’s very positive.

Leonardo DiCaprio Reteams with Ridley for 'Dwellers'

LEONARDO DiCAPRIO will re-team with director RIDLEY SCOTT for 'The Low Dwellers,' a dark thriller written by an unknown East Coast insurance salesman, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Described as a thriller in the vein of 'No Country for Old Men' and 'A History of Violence,' 'The Low Dwellers' will star Leo as a parolee struggling to assimilate into the outside world when someone from his past pursues him to settle an old score.

BRAD INGELSBY, a twentysomething insurance salesman in Pennsylvania who wrote the script in his spare time, won the spec script lottery when his story was reportedly purchased for $650,000, with an additional $1 million more if the film makes it to production.

Cedars Fined for Quaid Twins OD

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has been fined $25,000 for the staff errors that led to overdoses of blood thinners being administered to three infants, including Dennis Quaid's newborn twins, Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace, in November.

The California Department of Public Health, which determined the penalty, cited the prominent Los Angeles hospital in January after an investigation found "multiple failures by the facility to adhere to established policies and procedures for safe medication use."

"The hospitals take this extremely seriously," state deputy director Kathleen Billingsley told the Los Angeles Times Thursday. Cedars was one of 11 facilities fined for various violations, she said.

Thomas and Zoe Quaid, born 10 days beforehand to Quaid and wife Kimberly via a surrogate, were at Cedars on Nov. 18 being treated for staph infections when they were given 1,000-times—10,000 units per milliliter rather than 10—the proper dosage of heparin, an anticlotting drug regularly used to flush out intravenous lines.

After a nurse discovered blood oozing from Zoe's arm where her IV was attached, they diagnosed the problem and quickly administered protamine sulfate, which reverses the effects of heparin. Both babies made a quick recovery and, as far as their parents are concerned, are in excellent health today. (The third infant involved suffered no complications.)

At the time, Cedars Chief Medical Officer Dr. Michael L. Langberg copped to a series of safety lapses at the hospital at the time, apologizing to the affected families and ensuring that actions were being taken and policies reconfigured to prevent a similar occurrence.

But the memory of that nightmarish time when they didn't know their children's fate still apparently weighs on the Quaids, who, in a 60 Minutes interview Sunday, called that day the "scariest, most frightening day…that either of us have ever been through."

Lindsay Lohan’s 67-year-old grandmother suffered minor injuries after driving her car into a tree and pole on Long Island yesterday, TMZ.com reports.

After visiting her cancer-stricken husband at the hospital, Marilyn Lohan was on her way to family dinner when she swerved to avoid an on-coming speeding car, Michael Lohan tells the New York Post. After the crash, Marilyn was airlifted to a local hospital, where she was treated and released.

Calling her survival an “Easter miracle,” Michael Lohan told the Post, “Jesus kept her out of the grave today.”
