First off, shouldn't the very strapping babydaddy Casey Aldridge be there to pump the gas for JL? Clearly, he had better things to do. Poor Jamie-Lynn looks so over it already ... it's gonna be a long pregnancy for her ... I doubt she's gonna find much joy in all the scrutiny that is coming her way but -- it comes with the territory. I still find it a bit sad that she's just Britney's 16-year old baby sister and she's already starting to show signs of her pregnancy. Showing some Love

The Spice Girls are winding their much-hyped Reunion Tour down with their last remaining shows in the Midwest portion of the US (they played Chicago, IL on Friday night and Detroit, MI last night) and Vicki B. has been using her off-time in between shows to do promo work for her dVb denim line. Here are a couple pics of VB at an in-store appearance at a Saks Fifth Avenue department store in Chicago this weekend where she slipped up and showed a bit of emotion in front of the cameras:



Perhaps it was the opportunity to combine her two favourite hobbies, fashion and herself, that put Victoria Beckham in such a good mood. Or maybe it was the sight of her adoring fans that did - but Posh decided to break with the norm and mark the occasion with a smile. In a refreshing sight, Victoria, better known for stern-faced poses, flashed her pearly whites as she spent the day promoting her clothing brand dVb at Saks department store in Chicago. The Spice Girl, 33, took the time to greet her fans, paying particular attention to one in particular - who had Victoria's autograph tattooed on her back. Dressed in her own brand jeans and a black tuxedo jacket, the popstar unveiled her new collection of denim and sunglasses.

I usually complain that Vicki B.'s stoic and emotionless nature makes her look cold, heartless and unfeeling ... but I think I'm more disturbed by this photo of VB trying to show happiness. Her face just looks all ... wrong. Clearly this woman was not constructed for emotive purposes ... perhaps it's best that she be allowed to appear stone-faced and unmoved by humanity whenever she appears in public. While Britney was bizzy working on getting her act together, Mariah Carey has been bizzy getting the music video for her first single Touch My Body shot (at a mansion in Beverly Hills, CA) as well as the cover artwork for her new album E=MC2. Mimi is set to conquer the world once again with the release of this new single and album. She's been out of the spotlight for the past couple of years and is ready to get back on the scene. There are reports that MC is planning to hit the road in support of this album almost as soon as it gets released on April 15th. There is no word on when the video is due for release but I can't imagine that it will be long now ... the single has already been released to radio and is already making waves. Gisele Bundchen Face of Max Factor in $2.5 Million Deal

Gisele Bundchen has signed a $2.5 million deal to be the new face of Max Factor according to reports.



The supermodel will star in the ad campaigns for the cosmetic giants from this Summer after being released from her contract with Victoria's Secret last spring.

The rumour is yet to be confirmed but seems likely as Gisele has been in talks with Max Factor and is now free to endorse new brands.

If the deal goes through the payment will improve her statis as one of the top earning supermodels in the world with an estiamted $33 miliion dollar fortune already in the bank.

Former 'Idol' Contender Josiah Leming: Where Is He Now?



The "American Idol" top 24 were unveiled earlier this week, but one person who was missing from the lineup was 18-year-old Josiah Leming.

Leming made a name for himself on the Fox show as the emotional singer who drew rave reviews from the judges until a fateful decision to kick the band off-stage and sing "Stand by Me" a capella. The move eventually led to his "Idol" dismissal.

And much like before the show, as he is now, Leming is the perfect example of a struggling singer. By choice, the baby-faced blond lives out of his car and he gave Access Hollywood a tour of his home on wheels.

"This is basically where I lived for the better part of the year," he explained. "I got some toiletries — you gotta stay clean on the road."

A 1989 white Mercury Topaz is what Josiah chooses to call home.

"Basically when it's sleep time, you just reach back here, grab a pillow, set it up," he explained of his sleeping habits. "I worked. I could've gotten an apartment. I just like the freedom of being able to roam."

For now though, the singer's journey is stalled.

"The car right now is on the craps. It's not running," he explained. "I've been stuck here for the past few weeks."

Here would be his parent’s house in Moorestown, Tennessee.

One of eight siblings, Josiah will now be under the watchful eye of dad Donald and mom Sharon, who had no idea of their son’s situation.

"I was mostly worried concerned for his safety," Sharon said. "It wouldn't be my choice, but I certainly wouldn't choose to slow him down in the pursuit of what he wants to do."

That includes, returning to his mobile home.

For now though, Josiah is enjoying his "Idol" moment. His female fans are already flooding the "Idol" message boards asking for Josiah to be included in "Idol’s" wild card round.

"I've never had this much interest from females so I love all of you guys," he enthused.

And it appears support for the young aspiring singer extends to the celebrity level as well. On Monday, Josiah will fly to Los Angeles for an interview on "Ellen" and on Tuesday night, you'll find him on Access Hollywood.

"Impossible" Chef Caught in Very Possible Lies



The hard-ass British chef who stars in Food Network's "Dinner: Impossible" is finding that spinning tall tales about one's background is no cakewalk -- and now the network says it's investigating his alleged misrepresentations. Oh, deah.

Robert Irvine has claimed all over the place that he'd helped design Prince Charles and Princess Di's wedding cake, among other things. But after an oddly thorough investigation by the St. Petersburg Times, Irvine admits he didn't really bake it -- or have anything to do with it ... and that's just the icing.

"It's unfortunate if Robert embellished the extent of his culinary experiences," said a Food Network rep. "We are investigating the matter and taking the necessary steps to ensure the accuracy of all representations of Robert on Food Network and foodnetwork.com."

Irvine had no further comment today.

Autism Group to CBS: Fire That Retard!

Some idiot on "Big Brother 9" has irked more people than usual by referring to people with autism as "retards." Moron.



TMZ has obtained this letter from John Gilmore, Executive Director of Autism United, to Viacom bigwig Sumner Redstone and CBS, demanding that they take action after a segment aired on Wednesday's show featuring Adam Jasinski making the unfortunate remark. According to the letter, Gilmore claims CBS made a "conscious choice" in running the quote -- and used it for "their own personal goals."



The organization calls for "Big Brother 8" (oops) to be canceled, and expects an apology to people with autism. Gilmore also tells TMZ they've contacted the show's advertisers.

Admitting Defeat



Nicole Scherzinger's solo debut album has been postponed more times than we can count - literally.

After a pair of lackluster singles that failed to connect with audiences and get any radio airplay, her record currently doesn't even have a release date.

And, it seems like it may never come out! If it does, Nicole's effort won't get the promotion and tour support that both Gwen Stefani and Fergie put into their discs when stepping away from their respective bands.

Whatmore, Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin has revealed that Scherzinger is back with the band and focused on PCD.

So long solo project!

Says Antin, "We're in the studio right now. Nicole is 100% back with us. She actually never left. She was working on her solo stuff and it's out there and people will hear that, but she actually wants to focus on Pussycat Dolls right now. We all want to. We're going full force."

FOX aired the “season finale” of Prison Break tonight. Let me recap the ridiculousness for you:

LJ and Sofia get saved. Sofia leaves James. Sophia gets shot. Lincoln stays behind to take care of her. Michael reminisces about Sarah. Mahone, Whistler and Gretchen are are cahoots with one another. Long live The Company!

Lots of unanswered questions but this will probably be the last we see of Michael and Lincoln, anyway. No word from the network on renewal–not good news.

The Boston Herald seems to done with the series: “Please, don’t add another year of Prison Break to viewers’ sentence… FOX should pardon its viewers and give them early parole. We’ve done our time. We don’t need any more of this crime.”

Drew Barrymore opens up in the March 2008 issue of Vogue, talking about her strong work ethic.

The 32-year-old actress, who went to rehab as a teen, says, “I think I had some mechanism in my head that said, ‘If you don’t pull it together for yourself, no one else will. That’s coming from a person who had to try it all … and who still loves to have a good time. I do believe in ‘Work hard, play hard,’ but ‘Work hard’ always comes first, and it did even when I was wild and young.”

P!nk and Hart -- It's Not You, It's Work



The P!nk-Carey Hart split, TMZ has learned, is a story as old as wage labor: Their careers just plain got in the way.

Sources close to Carey Hart tell TMZ that the motocrosser is telling people that he and his ex still love each other and "will remain best friends." The downfall of the marriage came as a result of careers getting in the way. P!nk has headed back to the studio to work on her music, while Carey is busy opening new nightclubs.

TMZ has also learned that Hart is opening the first of his new brainchildren -- a spot called "Wasted Space" -- at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas in May. The club will be a live music venue that will feature new rock bands -- and music legends.

The Players All Lining Up for Brit's Court Date



TMZ is in court as the major players in Britney Spears' conservatorship and custody cases are all lining up to speak their mind at today's hearing.

K-Daddy's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, as well as Jamie Spears and his attorneys have all arrived in court. One new player has shown up too-- powerhouse lawyer Stacy Phillips. She previously represented singer Bobby Brown in his divorce from Whitney Houston. The buzz is she's next in line to take on Britney as a client in her custody battle.

New Lawyer in Brit Custody Case



TMZ has learned attorney Stacy Phillips will take the reigns in Britney's custody case - well, kinda sorta.

Sources say Phillips, who has repped Bobby Brown and Tori Spelling's ex, will represent the conservatorship, which is making decisions in the custody case. We're told Jamie Spears has signed off on Phillips, so the way is clear for Trope and Trope to leave the case. But there's a catch.

We're told Commish Scott Gordon wants assurance that Brit will be protected with a lawyer SHE personally chooses when the conservatorship ends.

Phillips is in court right now and there will be big developments today.

Avril and Deryck -- Expecting a Lil' Sk8er Boi?

TMZ spotted Avril Lavigne and hubby rocker Deryck Whibley shopping up a storm on Robertson Blvd. yesterday ... but could it be for a wee Whiblet or Whiblette?



Consider the evidence: The couple dropped around $500 at Lisa Kline Kids, purchasing everything from a cheetah diaper bag to baby AC/DC tees, and, of course, a camo pacifier holder. Sounds a lot like she's preparing for life to get more complicated. She also made her way down the block to Kitson Kids pick up a few odds and ends too.

What's more, says a TMZ spy, "She definitely looks like she has a bump." Her reps had no comment.

Luckily for the BFFs, we're just talking about their new Madame Tussauds' wax figures -- for now.

K-Fed to Brit - Take the Kiddies for a While



Sources tell TMZ Kevin Federline would like Britney to see her kids, even during the conservatorship.

We're told K-Fed has no prob allowing the kids to visit Brit at her home, with one string attached - that Brit's parents are present during the visits.

We hear K-Fed isn't worried that anything bad would happen to the kids, his biggest concern is that Britney might drive with them, but Jamie would be there to put the kibosh on that.

Sources also say K-Fed doesn't want custody 100% of the time - it's just too much. He'd like Britney to share custody or at least visitation.

And we're hearing there's talk Britney could go to a private facility for treatment and K-Fed would have no problem allowing the kids to visit her there, just as they did when Brit was at Promises. We're told there was a plan weeks ago to get Brit to an out-of-state facility but that didn't work out. Finding a private treatment facility is a priority, however, the powers of the conservators are limited and it just ain't that easy.

Gag Me with a Lawyer



Brit's soon-to-be-gone lawyer Anne Kiley just asked Commish Scott Gordon to gag the lawyers and others connected with the custody battle from speaking to the media about the case.

K-Daddy's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, objected to the gag request, stating that it was a violation of free speech. Kaplan said Kiley has accused him of leaking like a sieve. Kaplan also cited a conversation he had with Kiley that ended up on TMZ while the conversation was still taking place -- i.e., he's not leaking if he's still talking.

In the end, the Commish denied the gag motion. The hearing is now behind closed doors.

Britney Could See Youngins Soon

TMZ has learned lawyers at today's custody hearing are hashing out a plan so Britney can see her babies again. But there's a snag.



We're told both sides are in agreement -- Britney should get visitation rights in a therapeutic setting. But sources say the lawyers are meeting right now and can't agree on the terms.

We know K-Fed wants Brit to have visitation back. In all probability, a psychiatrist will supervise visitation. TMZ has reported that people involved in the conservatorship would also like to find a private facility where Brit can receive treatment for her bipolar disorder.

Brit hasn't seen her kids for a month and a half.

Will the attorneys reach an agreement today?

Brit Doesn't Get Visitation

The lawyers couldn't agree amongst themselves -- so Brit will not get visitation with Sean Preston and Jayden James.



There is no change in the custody order. Also, the Commish made it clear - the issues with the conservatorship being removed to Federal court have no bearing on the custody case.

Also, Trope and Trope is out as Brit's lawyer. Stacy Phillips is now the new lawyer on the case.

It's ironic, we know K-Daddy wants Brit to have visitation and the lawyers came to court today trying to accommodate that, but it didn't happen. Daddy Jamie also has wanted to create some normalcy in Brit's life and wanted visitation restored in a bad way, but it wasn't meant to be.

With their reunion tour winding down, Geri Haliwell has posted this poignant entry on the official Spice Girls blog, reminiscing about their epic Madison Square Garden show and being back together with the ladies.

She says:

"Hi,

So we’ve just played Madison Square Garden and it was amazing. We finally did it as a five piece (the girls did it once before after I left) and I feel so delighted… mission almost accomplished. The energy and atmosphere were amazing.

Victoria’s son Cruz was a little star. We all had our children up on stage tonight and Cruz started break dancing! How cool is that? It’s clearly in the family.

So, we have got six shows left to do and it’s rather like a countdown. I feel a mixture of sadness and joy. I know it’s time to come home yet I will miss everyone from the tour.

I love New York so, so much and I have had a blast here. I hit the ground running… enjoying the nightlife, the vintage shopping, the food and the people. I am in love with New York. I feel like I found a part of me that I had kind of forgotten. The Statue Of Liberty is in view as I write this and she certainly has Girl Power. New York has been liberating.

I’ve also been exposed to the world of street-style dance, and it’s so cool to see fresh talent, it’s so raw and real. Being around our tour dancers has been a privilege; they have opened my eyes to the craft of dance.

And so I close on this note… what I have learnt is that I can never say never. If you’d asked me ten years ago if I would have been at Madison Square Garden with the Spice Girls, I would have said no. But look what has happened, and that is my lesson. Job done.

Hugh Jackman is reprising his role in the new X-Men Origins: Wolverine film, and he's going to have some very interesting actors joining him in the flick.

Both Ryan Reynolds and Black Eyed Peas rapper Will.I.Am have been announced as characters in the movie, though no word on who they will be playing just yet.

Liev Schreiber, Danny Huston and Lynn Collins round out the cast as Sabretooth, William Stryker and Silver Fox, respectively.

As usual, half of what she says is nonsense and the other half is bullshit. But it's all intoxicating, though!

"t was very tastefully done. I respect the photographer as an artist, so I look at them artistically. For him to call Lindsay 46 years later and to say can you recreate these photos is an honor. I looked at it as art, and as Lindsay doing a character. So I don't look at them like it's Playboy; she was being a character. So if you look at it that way, you can look at it as a mother. Trust me, I wouldn't have sent my 14-year-old to the set [if the shoot was in bad taste]. And obviously Lindsay wouldn't do anything with her sister there, that was risqué. Lindsay was very excited when she first got the phone call. Of course we talked about how they would be done. Lindsay said, 'Mommy, I'm never going to get this opportunity to do it again.' She was very thankful she was asked. She's always loved Marilyn," Dina says. "For Christmas, my girlfriends even gave her a Marilyn cookie jar. I think there's a sadness that Lindsay feels for Marilyn. Lindsay really saw it as a gift back to someone. Lindsay did 250 crunches before because she was nervous since she had never done anything like that before."

Daniel Radcliffe, was spotted having a romantic, yet secret Valentine's date with his Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson last Thursday.

Emma was recently linked with Razorlight dirty birdy Johnny Borrell, 10 years her senior, though she denied the rumors on her personal website. Radcliffe just split from his Equus co-star, Laura O'Toole.

Daniel and Emma were spotted huddled together in the garden of a London pub near Radcliffe's home.

An onlooker was quoted stating that "they arrived quite late at the pub - about 10pm - and sat outside, using each other's bodies for warmth. Emma, who was wearing a black top and matching pashmina, kept looking over her shoulder nervously as if she didn't wanted to be recognised. When people started to notice the couple and began pointing, she wrapped her scarf around her head so only her eyes were peeping out. Daniel found her new look hysterical and started laughing. Throughout the night, in fact, he just kept giggling like a love-struck teen. They then left the pub, heads together and whispering, and headed in the direction of Daniel's home nearby."

Martha Stewart has just expanded her media empire and become much much richer.

M. Diddy is buying out the competition!

Stewart's company, Martha Stewart Living Omnimdedia Inc. announced Tuesday that it had purchased the rights to the Emeril Lagasse franchise of cookbooks, television shows, and kitchen products for a total of $45 million in cash and another $5 million in stock at closing.

The acquired assets generated an estimated $14 million in revenue in 2007.

Although Stewart's company acquired much, they did not acquire Emeril's Homebase, which includes 11 of his restaurants and Lagasse's corporate office.

Now if only Martha would buy out Rachael Ray and just make her go away!

Will.i.am is Kestrel (X-Men) — EXCLUSIVE



Hip-hop producer/rapper Will.i.am is set to play Kestrel/John Wraith in the new X-men Origins: Wolverine movie, sources exclusively tell JustJared.com.

According to Wiki, Kestrel was part of Team X along with Wolverine, Sabretooth, Maverick, Mastodon, and Silver Fox. Kestrel is a powerful teleporter capable of getting the team out of sticky situations after their job was finished. His alter ego is John Wraith. Like the other members of Team X, he was given an artificial age suppressant so he was likely much older than he looked. His time as a secret agent and a member of the Weapon X program has left John somewhat paranoid. His house is a veritable death trap, as is the yard around it - John trusts no one.

They’re both even wearing a similar hat and have the beard/mustache thing goin’ on!

Taylor Kitsch is Gambit



Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch, aka football player Tim Riggins, will play Gambit (Remy LeBeau) in the new movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, according to SHH.

Kitsch, 26, has signed a three-picture deal and will be joining Hugh Jackman (Wolverine), Liev Schreiber (Sabretooth), Danny Huston (William Stryker), Lynn Collins (Silver Fox) and Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool).

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is set to open nationwide on May 1, 2009.

Naomi Watts Prefers to Be Running Scared

Naomi Watts sexed up a basic button up and men's ties for the latest cover of Esquire. The photoshoot seems lighthearted and fun, a side of her we don't typically get to see on the big screen. In the article she explains why she'd rather do scary and serious films than comedic ones, being BFF with Nicole Kidman, and what it's like working with her man Liev. Here are highlights:



* On why she picks the roles that she does: "Don't get me wrong. I'd love to do more comedy, but that kind of thing is just not truthful to me."

* On working on scary movies: "I like playing scared. It's fun — and besides, no one

Jessica Simpson Is "Hurting Millions of Fat People"



Jessica Simpson's father (and manager) Joe is being sued by fitness video company Speedfit for allegedly blocking the sale of a DVD starring his daughter.

After signing a multi-million dollar contract, Jessica, 27, recorded a workout tape for Speedfit shortly before shooting her role as Daisy Duke in 2005's The Dukes of Hazzard.

Jessica then changed her mind about doing the tape and her father Joe banned its release, Speedfit claims.

Now Speedfit owner Alex Astilean has filed suit against Joe after failing to secure a $10 million settlement from his daughter last year.

The New York Post first reported news of the suit.

"They are hurting millions of fat people in America!" Astilean tells Us. "I believe that very strongly — they held the video for years!"

Simpson's rep told the Post: "It's a legal matter that's in the hands of attorneys."

Amy Winehouse Is 'Full of Life' Says Backup Singer



Fresh off her Grammys triumph – and out of full-time treatment – how's Amy Winehouse doing?

"She's full of energy, full of life," her backup singer Zalon Thompson tells PEOPLE. "It's a good thing." (It was into Thompson's arms that Winehouse threw herself after winning her fifth Grammy.)

Winehouse, 24, is "ready for the Brits," he says, referring to Winehouse's scheduled performance Wednesday night at the U.K.'s equivalent of the Grammy awards.

"I think sometimes it takes you to go through certain hard things to overcome and to go on to do better things," Thompson, 26, says of Winehouse, who is out of rehab but still getting help. "She looked really good at the Grammys. She just looked very rested. It was great."

The Two Blakes
Her success that night hasn't turned Winehouse into a diva. "I was speaking with Kelly Osbourne the other day. And we were saying how she hasn't changed at all," Thompson, who lends his voice to the "He can only hold her" and "Valerie" tracks, says. "She doesn't believe in the same principles that everyone else gets excited about. Get her a guitar and she'll play for 10 people or 300. She doesn't care about the whole fame thing – it's really about the music. She doesn't care about trying to live up to an image."

Thompson also set the record straight about Blake Wood, a pal of Osbourne's Winehouse has been hanging out with. "Blake [Wood] is a friend," Thompson says. "When she first introduced him to us, she was like, 'This is Blake.' And everyone in the room started laughing. I was like, 'Why are you telling me this guy is Blake? I know who Blake is.' "

And there is little confusion or doubt about Winehouse's feelings for her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. As Thompson says, just look at her face. "That teardrop she's wearing in makeup on her face – I asked her. It's because her baby's incarcerated. I think she'll wear that until he comes out."

'Like a Birthday Party'
Thompson described the atmosphere in London's Riverside Studios during Winehouse's Grammy performance as "like a birthday party. Like Amy's birthday party, and she was winning the Grammys. It was so surreal."

"It was like four in the morning – we were drinking our Red Bulls and she's winning another Grammy," says Thompson, whose younger brother Heshima, 21, also performs with Winehouse.

"At one point, I'm like, 'Omigod Amy, you won three awards already. And she was like, 'Zalon, we won it.' It was really nice that she's still humble. She was just so chilled about the whole thing. She was like, 'Yeah, that's cool, innit?' And I was like, 'Amy, you just won a Grammy. It's not just cool – it's amazing!' "

Thompson has even posted some behind-the-scenes footage of Winehouse's Grammy performance on his Web site.

Break dancing Beckam?

The Spice Girls Reunion Tour made it's last NYC stop last night at Madison Square Garden and Les Spices managed to pull out a new trick in order to, ahem, spice up the show. At various stops along the tour, the Spice Girls brought their children out on stage with them as they performed the song Mama. Last night was one of those stops ... and when 3-year old Cruz Beckham took the stage he obvs felt the time was right to thrill the crowd with his awesome breakdancing skillz ... here are a few pics of Baby Spice Cruz Beckham stealing the show last night:



The youngest Beckham boy, who will be three tomorrow, charmed the notoriously tough crowd at Madison Square Garden with an amazing display of breakdancing, revealing a hidden talent for the crowd-pleasing moves. Even Spice Girl Melanie Brown, mother of Angel Iris and Phoenix Chi, was amazed at his spontaneous performance and she had to stop singing as she laughed out loud in amazement and said "that's brilliant" as proud mother Victoria looked on smiling.

Dressed in sparkly Cavalli outfits, the girls took to the stage hand-in-hand to sing the emotional song Mama. And the event became a family affair when they brought their children, who were all watching from the front row, up onstage. Mel B danced with 10-month-old Angel, her baby by actor Eddie Murphy, in her arms. Geri showed off 19-month-old Bluebell Madonna, while Victoria strode proudly onstage with her three sons. However, nine-year-old Brooklyn, thrust among the lights and the rhinestone costumes, looked as if he'd much rather be somewhere else. Appropriately Baby Spice - Emma Bunton - showed off her six-month-old son Beau. The Spice Girls tour has just two weeks to go, after the group announced their decision to cut it short last month.

Yep ... it looks pretty evident that VB's eldest son, Brooklyn, is SO over it all:

Caught in The Act?

Well, well now ... what is going on here? Tom Cruise ... paling around with a woman who is not contractually obliged to be in his presence? Doth mine eyes deceive me?



She's taller than him, and a brunette, but that's where the similarity ends, as Tom Cruise cozies up to a woman who is clearly not wife Katie Holmes. Tom and the mystery brunette were seen cuddling in Los Angeles last week. And it's clear there was a previous acquaintance between the two as they greeted each other rather warmly. The Mission Impossible star's wife was nowhere to be seen as Tom and the woman walked arm-in-arm inside a building, and disappeared into an elevator. Cruise looked relaxed and was smiling as the mystery brunette kept a protective arm around him, but kept his trademark sunglasses on. Later the pair openly posed for a photograph together, so there was little suggestion of anything irregular.

I'm sorry ... cuddling? Tom Cruise? And a mystery woman? Could freedom really be within reach for Katie Holmes at long last? My mind is just befuddled with possibilities ... tho, I shouldn't get my hopes too high. But still ... this could mean something ... after all, Tom Cruise is not the type of person to mislead the public by engaging in any sort of shammy relationship just to draw attention to himself or any projects he may be working on. Jessica Alba is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Latina magazine. In her photospread, she recreates some famous scenes from various horror films ... in the article she talks "brown babies":

I ... uh ... don't really know what to say. The photoshoot is a cool idea and all (even tho some of the poses look ... forced) but I'm not exactly sure what it has to do with the accompanying interview. The two things seem so different from one another, I don't really understand why this particular photoshoot was paired with this interview. I suppose you gotta give it up to Jessica for being so candid in her interview ... I can relate, especially to the part about not learning Spanish. In my case, my parents did speak Spanish to me and I chose to reject it in order to fit in better with my surroundings. It's something that I've grown to regret. I'm very interested in reading the full text of this interview ... I wonder what other things Jessica has to say about this heritage thing. [Source]

Rate-a-Trailer: The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2

I'm not gonna say much, realizing that some of you there would have to be tied down, Hostel-style, with your eyes forced open by toothpicks in order to watch the original Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, enjoyably dorky and mall-ratty as it is.

Point is this: Sisterhood 2 reunites all the original BFFs—America Ferrera, Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel and Amber Tamblyn—and it's fun to imagine how weird it will be at this premiere. What with Ferrera an Ugly sensation and Lively now a biggie on Gossip Girl.

Oh, nonsense, I have no doubt these young women are all totally supportive of one another on every possible level and thus immune to feelings of envy. Hee-hee.

Regardless, this Sisterhood looks just as good as, if not better than, the original. Plus, new boy Jesse Williams totally fits the cute-but-slightly-dangerous mold. Suddenly, I am excited for the summer, and I have a feeling I am not alone.

ANTM 10 premiere



Just finished watching a thoroughly engaging, wholeheartedly trashy hour of television, during which I chanted at the screen: "Jer-ry! Jer-ry! Jer-ry!"

Only problem? This wasn't Jerry Springer.

What I was watching is actually tonight's premiere of the oh so glamorous reality romp, the CW's America's Next Top Model, which, FYI, is naughtier, cattier and uglier than ever before.

Miss Tyra herself says it best when defining the look of the new crop of girls: "Most of the girls who are Top Models now are weird and different and freaky looking." And not only are these girls freaky, but many of them are downright freakaaay—meaning, lordy lordy, do they know how to bring the drama!

A five-minute sampling of highlights...

Minute 23: "Shut up, bitch! You're dead in my book!"
Minute 24: [Sobs. Hugs. Sobs. Hugs.] "I could never do nothin' like that. I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. Wahhh..."
Minute 25: "Bitch, if you touch me, you're gonna die!"
Minute 28: The judges pretend to drink a contestant's breast milk.

Yeah. What I'm saying is, by the looks of the crazy-ass stuff they've already shown in the premiere, season 10 just might be the best-worst "cycle" in ANTM history.

A sex tape scandal involving Hong Kong pop star Edison Chen is being called the equivalent of the 9/11 disaster for the Hong Kong entertainment industry.

Really?????

Apparently, Mr. Chen loved to film and photograph his sexual exploits with a number of Hong Kong's leading ladies and stored the juicy footage on his computer. He took said computer in for repairs and, gasp, someone stole the explicit materials off the machine.

Idiot!

Not good for the Hong Kong entertainment industry as it's 'virginal' starlets make them bank. And now Chen has dirtied up some of the prettys.

It's also reported that the mob in Hong Kong is heavily invested in the HK entertainment industry and are upset about the effect this is having on business. They are offering $500K to anyone who hacks off Chen's hands.

Yikes.

Stay here, Edison. It'll make you a big star in Hollywood!

Britney Has Had ZERO Contact With Her Kids

Despite rumors that they have been speaking, Britney Spears has not been in touch with her boys since January 3rd. Sadly.

Kevin Federline and Spears' parents won't let Britney speak on the phone to her sons, Us Weekly is reporting.

However, that will hopefully change soon.

K-Fed's lawyer has nothing but praise for Britney's dad, who is acting as her conservator.

"Jamie Spears's presence is an extreme positive," Mark Vincent Kaplan tells People. "He's building from the ground up. [He's] stabilizing the situation, removing people that may not have had [Britney's] best interests at heart."

Wino Is A Go



Amy Winehouse had organizers of the Brit Awards in a worry after she missed rehearsals on Monday.

Thankfully, though, Wino showed up on Tuesday and ran through her performance with Mark Ronson.

Later on in the evening, the five time Grammy winner and her producer hit up London's Jazz After Dark.

The painted on tear for Blake is still there, as is her favorite gold belt.

Maybe Wino will find time to squeeze in a facial before tonight's big show!

Screw You, Jenny Craig!



After parting ways with Jenny Craig recently, Kirstie Alley has confirmed that she hopes to "develop and pilot my own weight-loss brand that I hope to launch in 2009."

Alley states that her split with Jenny Craig was amicable and called her experience with them extraordinary. She says, "I want to create something new that will help millions of people end the seemingly never ending fatty-roller coaster ride."

She continues, "Somehow, I've also fallen into the position of "accidental" role model for, apparently, millions of people out there losing weight by whatever means. This was something I did not bargain for, or foresee happening. Nevertheless, it is something I've grown to embrace and something I intend to continue to pursue."

Sounds to us like Kirstie was probably asking for too much of a raise! That, or she was getting too fat and not losing enough weight to be their spokesperson.
