Britney Spears Hasn't Put Sons' Toys Away

While Britney Spears has developed a devoted following among the children she teaches dance at North Hollywood's Millennium Dance Complex, her own sons may have moved on.

Sean, 2, and Jayden, 17 months, haven't seen their mother since the night of January 3, when she was involuntarily committed to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center psych ward. (Relive Spears' days with her boys here.)

Spears' sons now stay full-time with ex Kevin Federline. "They have not been asking about Britney," a Federline source tells Us Weekly in its latest issue.

Nor do the adults in their life – their father, their grandparents, and the nanny – talk about mom. "They don't want to get them riled up," the source says. "They just keep them focused on activities."

Though an insider tells Us that Federline and Spears' parents won't let Britney speak on the phone to her sons either, she remains focused on her sons.

"She desperately wants the kids," a family source tells Us. "She cries about it."

"She hasn't put the children's belongings away," an insider said. "Her home has pictures of her kids everywhere. She loves them very much."

Despite the separation from her children and her ongoing legal woes, Spears' life is changing for the better. "There's been a real change in how she is because she has been smothered in love," a family source tells Us. "To suddenly know after all this time that she has support has been incredible for her."

"She knows that something is wrong with her," a source tells Us. "She knows that something can't quite be right because of the sheer fact she's separated from her kids."

Pink: "Break Up Is Not About Cheating, Anger or Fighting"

Pink wants the world to know that even though she filed for divorce yesterday, she still loves Carey Hart.

"The most important thing for you all to know, is that Carey and I love each other so so much," Pink blogged on her official site Wednesday — a day after her rep announced that the two had parted ways after two years of marriage.

"This break up is not about cheating, anger, or fighting," she continued. "I know it sounds like cliche bulls***, but we are best friends, and we will continue to be.

"He is a good man," she wrote. "One never knows the future, but mine and Careys' just might involve beach babies and sunshine one day. Just not right now.

"All I know at this point, is that I want to make the best album I can, and Carey wants to do the best possible job he can with everything he has going on," she wrote.

Michael Lohan: "I'm Not Going to Look at" Topless Lindsay Shots

Michael Lohan still hasn’t seen those topless shots of his daughter Lindsay.

“I’m not going to look at the photos — that’s my daughter!” he told Us in a telephone interview this morning.

Still, he told Us he approves of his daughter’s decision to recreate the iconic 1962 photos of Marilyn Monroe known as “The Last Sitting” for New York magazine.

“Lindsay is an adult, and she knows the direction she wants to take her career,” he said. “It’s her decision.

“The fact that the photographer [Bert Stern] who did Marilyn Monroe’s pictures would ask Lindsay to re-create them … that’s an amazing thing.”

One thing he hopes doesn’t come from the photo set: “I pray there are no parallels to her and Marilyn Monroe’s destiny.” (Monroe died of an overdose of barbiturates at the age of 36.)

In her New York interview, the actress said she had no plan to end up like Monroe or late actor Heath Ledger.

“I'm not them … I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me,” she told the magazine.

Eric Bana - “GQ” March 2008

Hotter-than-hot Eric Bana takes the March 2008 cover of GQ magazine. This month, the Aussie actor takes on Henry the bloody Eighth in The Other Boleyn Girl costarring Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson.

Here’s a snippet from the GQ article:

Like Denzel Washington, Bana has a powerfully masculine, intimidating physical presence and brings an epic-heroic dimension to his roles that’s rare in recent movies. A hallmark of his acting is an ability to be at once courteous and nitrogen cold; you can see it throughout his career, notably in The Other Boleyn Girl. As Henry VIII, “he’s very much the man who’s never had anybody say no to him,” says his costar Natalie Portman. It’s an unsettling quality to experience in person, as I discover when, excited by his willingness to speak so candidly about Hulk, I ask once too often about it and Bana announces: “Tomorrow, there will be no Hulk questions.”

Britney's Dad Fights Back to Keep Control

Lawyers for Jamie Spears contend that Britney Spears's conservator case shouldn't be transferred from state to federal court and that an attorney seeking the move doesn't even represent the pop singer as he claims.

In court papers filed Tuesday, Spears's father and the other temporary co-conservator of her estate, Andrew Wallet, called lawyer Jon Eardley's highly publicized efforts to move the case "a brazen – but vain – attempt to strip a probate court of jurisdiction ... by an attorney without a client."

Eardley's effort got a cool reception from U.S. District Judge Philip Gutierrez, who on Tuesday gave Eardley until Feb. 29 to argue why Gutierrez shouldn't reject the request. If Eardley fails to make a good enough case by then, the matter stays in state Superior Court – with Jamie and Wallet remaining in charge of Britney's affairs and $100 million estate.

"The jurisdictional allegations appear to be defective," said the the judge in a tentative ruling.

Legal Analyst Calls Challenge Novel
Eardley's approach "is certainly novel, but I don't think it can succeed," says Duke law school professor Erwin Chemerinsky, a constitutional law expert. "A case can be removed from state to federal court only if it could have been brought in federal court in the first instance. I can imagine no possible way that this case could have been brought in federal court in the first instance."

Loyola Law School Professor Stan Goldman adds: "Wishing doesn't make it so."

Eardley was unavailable for comment. His spokesperson, Michael Sands, said on Wednesday that Eardley would file "overwhelming evidence" as to why the case belongs in federal court.

"Obviously the judge wants to see what we have expressed in our original papers," Sands says, adding he sees Gutierrez's request for additional documentation as a "great opportunity."

Lawyer Claims Britney's Civil Rights Denied
Eardley has told PEOPLE that Britney – whose affairs have been overseen by the co-conservators since her hospitalization in a psych ward – is being "deprived of her Constitutional rights." He says he's seeking a "return to normalcy" when it comes to the singer's living and legal situations.

But according to the co-conservator papers, a court has already found that Britney "lacks the capacity" to hire an attorney – Eardley or anybody else – and even if she did have that capacity, there are no legal grounds to move her case to federal court.

The papers didn't say whom Jamie thought was behind Eardley's involvement, but noted that Eardley's spokesperson also represents Britney pal Sam Lutfi, now the target of a restraining order by the star's parents.

Eardley, the papers allege, tried to do something similar in 2006 – allegedly seek to move a state case to federal court on behalf of a client he didn't have – and was ordered to pay the other side's attorney fees.

"Given his prior experience, Mr. Eardley should have been especially attuned to the impropriety," the papers say.

Milo Gets To Be the Boss For GQ

With Heroes on hiatus, Milo Ventimiglia has plenty of free time on his hands to play dress up for GQ. He's looking better as a business exec with his Wayfarers and tie clip than with his silly date night bow tie. Speaking of romance, Milo naturally had to field questions about his relationship with Hayden, and even though we've accepted these two as a couple, it all still feels a bit creepy. Here are highlights:

* It seems like you’ve aged a decade since the first season of ‘Heroes.’ What gives?
Going through my twenties playing a teenager was kind of rough. I just finally put on a little man-weight. My face changed. Nothing I could do about it, man. It was a f*cking train I could not stop.

* Right, HALO. That’s what the blogs are calling you and Hayden. Does the nickname bug you?
You know what, man—it makes me smile.

* If you two are dating, why not just say so?
When you’re in the public eye, you try to keep whatever you can private. People can speculate and talk. But what can you do—stop living your life?

* Hayden was GQ’s Obsession of the Year. Did you like those photos?
Yes, I did. They were very nice.

Kate Beckinsale's Alluring Rise to the Top

Kate Beckinsale showed off some smoky eyes and sexy wind-blown hair for the March issue of Allure. She's got a new movie called Snow Angels coming out next month, but quirky Kate was more interested in talking about her early struggles in the industry and how she's risen to her current level of success. Here are highlights:

* On her job: "Acting requires so much delving into yourself and exposing yourself, so it's sensible to be wondering, Do I still want to be doing this? But I enjoy the work, and everything is so solid at home. I don't care if they say I've had buttock implants. Or not. I don't care. Go ahead! That's the nice thing about getting to the age I am. I could have said I didn't care before—but secretly I did. And now I really don't."

* On considering quitting acting to become a doctor: "I was at the point where I was wondering whether the work I was doing was sustaining me intellectually. I'd had enough of the ludicrous questions. Like, 'Have you had your boobs done?' or 'Have you slept with Colin Farrell?'"

* On struggling with her career: "I sort of ended up in Los Angeles by accident. And it was sort of terrible to be jostled into this position of a fame-hungry starlet. Which is so honestly not me! In fact, I could use a bit more of that because I am such a hermit! So I allowed myself to get really bothered."

* On her husband, Len Wiseman: "I have a husband who lit-erally worships me. And cleans the house. And blow-dries my daughter's hair."

Sounds like Kate made the right decision when she decided to stick with acting instead of switching over to the medical field, an idea that she had toyed with. Being a movie star with a hot husband who is also into hairstyling sounds like a pretty sweet deal to us.

Violence escalated once everyone was outside as concertgoers started throwing rocks and drinks bottles at the po-po.

"We're Gonna Stay Virgins!"

Oh, boy. We hope this doesn't come back to haunt them.

The Jonas Brothers are pulling a Britney!

The teen pop sensations have taken a vow of chastity. PUBLICLY.

That's right, Kevin, Nick and Joe are boldly (and admirably) proclaiming that they plan to stay virgins until marriage.

They talk to Details magazine about their vow to remain sex-free until they wed.

On a quiet Friday morning in a dressing room at Madison Square Garden, the Jonas Brothers hold out their hands to show off their purity rings. Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas—the teen-pop trio who stand, at this very moment, on the brink of hugeness—wear the ######l bands on their fingers to symbolize, as Joe puts it, "promises to ourselves and to God that we'll stay pure till marriage." Joe is 18. His ring is silver and adorned with a cross. "It actually ripped apart a little bit, just on the bottom, here, but I didn't want to get a new one, because this one means so much to me," he says. Nick, who is 15, says, "I got mine made at Disney World. It's pretty awesome." Kevin, at 20, is the oldest of the three, and while a punk-rock purity ring from Tiffany might represent the ultimate oxymoron, that's exactly what he's going for. His silver vow of abstinence is covered with studs. "It's pretty rock and roll," Kevin says. "It's getting banged up a little bit because of the guitar."

Wow. Wow. Wow.

Not Breaking Up (For Now)

After the cancellation of their European tour and this ominous post on their official blog, many people thought Paramore were on the verge of breaking up.

That isn't the case, lead singer Hayley Williams would like to assure us.

She just posted the following:

"the music our collisions make!

hello everyone…

since we posted the last entry, we’ve gotten tons of phone calls and people posting things on websites saying that we are breaking up. i just want to make it clear, though, that by posting two nights ago we weren’t saying the band was over. we posted because we are going through hard times and we felt that because we have a really good support system in you guys, our fans, it would be better for us to just be honest about what’s going on - even though, it was a pretty vague explanation. man, some of the rumors that i’ve heard going around are insane! it’s weird how out of hand things can get even when you just try to tell a simple truth. (for the record, my eggo is not preggo). anyway, we just need to take time to make this band the best it can be… and we are doing that now.

thank you for all the love and the encouragement you guys have shown. and WE WILL! be seeing you guys on the 27th of March in Orlando, FL"

Britney vs the Police: The Claws Come Out!

A Los Angeles county commissioner is attempting to pass new legislation - dubbed "Britney's law" - that aims to crack down on those paparazzi that are out of control..

Well, LAPD chief William Bratton thinks that's a crock of shit.

He says:

"What we need is Britney Spears to stay home instead of traipsing all over town. That would solve the problem. We don't need additional laws…. I've got laws coming out my ears to deal with this issue.

What you have is several young women in this town and several young men basically making fools of themselves and tying up not only my resources but the resources of the media that would do better covering legitimate stories instead of a bunch of airheads running around out there….

Quite clearly some of these characters so favored by the paparazzi are clearly in need of services. Not police services, but psychiatric services.

We agree with the Chief - to a point.

Yes, these celebretards are partly to blame, but you gotta face the issues at hand. Though we wish they would, they aren't gonna get all boring and stay home. They live for the attention and you gotta deal with it.

RiRi and Chris Brown are getting very "friendly" these days.

The pop princess turned 20 on Wednesday in London and flew to her native Barbados immediately afterwards to meet up with her new paramour for what was dubbed "Rihanna Day" by the national government.

The good girl gone bad received a hero's welcome as she was honored by the government in a massive ceremony open to the public on Thursday night in Bridgetown.

Looking gorgeous, as always, in a yellow dress, RiRi was named Ambassador for Culture and Youth for Barbados and was presented with a huge birthday cake, which boy toy Brown helped her cut.

"I really don't know what to say. I am so grateful and I have never been more proud to be Bajan!," the singer told the assembles masses.

And Barbados is really lucky to call her one of their own!

George Clooney, Movie Star, Comes to Dinner

George Clooney is touted as "The Last Movie Star" on the cover of this week's Time magazine, complete with a photospread showing off his silly and handsome sides. In the article, George comes over to the writer's house for dinner and comes off as a man who knows how to be an enthusiastic guest. Between talking about his life philosophies and showing off impressions, he spent part of the night trying to disarm a mysterious alarm going off in the house — watch the video, it's hilarious. This weekend we'll see him all dressed to the nines once again walking the red carpet as an Oscar nominee, but it's always nice to have a reminder that he's just as awesome as he seems. Here are a few highlights from the interview:

* "From the moment I was born, I was watched by other people. I was taught to use the right fork. I was groomed for that in a weird way," Clooney says. "You give enough. You play completely. You don't say, I don't talk about my personal life. People say they won't talk about their personal life. And then they do. And even when the tabloids say really crappy things and it pisses you off and you know it's not true, you have to at least publicly have a sense of humor about it."
* "Before they could kill me on Batman & Robin, I said, 'It's a bad film, and I'm the worst thing in it.' You try to defend an indefensible position, you'll look like a schmuck. The guys I dig don't do that. Look at Winston Churchill. He said, 'These are our shortcomings. Now let's get past it,'" Clooney says. He thinks that's all Cruise needs to do. "I talked to him the other day, and he's a good egg. There's nothing self-serving about what he's saying. He has to turn it into a way to make fun of himself."

I love the mental image of Clooney calling up Tom Cruise just to give him some solid advice — the sense of humor is a big part of what makes George so attractive. He may be the last of a throwback sort of Movie Star, but really he seems to be in a league all of his own.

Eminem Books Life Story

Eminem is about to lose himself with his word processor.

The rap megastar, who has chronicled his turbulent life on his albums and the film 8 Mile, is now cranking out an autobiography, his U.K.-based publisher revealed Friday—to the chagrin of the hip-hopster's camp.

Titled Eminem: The Way I Am, the memoir is scheduled to arrive in book stores in Great Britain on Oct. 16, according to a statement from the Orion Publishing Group.

"Everyone has their own take on Eminem. Because of where he is from, people think they know where he is at, what kind of person he really is. This book cuts through all that and gets to the source," said Orion senior commissioning editor Ian Preece. "It has an edge. It’ll be one of the books of the year."

The book will purportedly feature never-before-released photographs, rare hand-drawn art, sketches for lyrics and journal notes along with his reflections of an award-winning, headline-hoggin career that has made him the biggest selling rap artist of all time.

The Way I Am will chronicle his rise from a Detroit-area trailer park to his breakthrough album, The Slim Shady LP. The 35-year-old artist will also likely describe his major successes, including an Oscar, Grammys and millions in sales, and his chaotic personal life, from his two failed marriages with wife Kim and his tempestuous relationship with his family to a stint in rehab.

Penguin-owned Dutton/Gotham Books controls the rights to The Way I Am in the U.S., but has yet to announce a release date.

But not everyone was thrilled with the announcement.

Eminem's label slammed Orion for putting out word of the book, calling it premature since the project is still in the works.

"There is no firm release date scheduled, although it is anticipated to arrive in the latter part of this year," Interscope Records said in a statement. "It's unfortunate that someone who does not have intimate knowledge of [the project] felt compelled to jump the gun on announcing it by delivering partial and inaccurate information."

Eminem, meanwhile, is said to be holed up in the studio working on King Mathers, his sixth studio album and first offering of new material in three years. (Presumably the album and book will be out around the same time.) He's also busily producing other up-and-coming rappers on his label, Shady Records.

K-Fed Opens Door for Britney Visits

Kevin Federline is ready to let Britney Spears back into the picture.

"I think that both sides agree that visitation would be what's best for the children," Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan exclusively told E! News Friday. "Certainly that's something that she keenly desires to have start as soon as possible.

"We're just trying to work out the details…that assure that there will be continuity and stability," he said. "They say the devil's in the details, so that's what everyone's working on right now."

Federline has had sole custody since October, and Spears hasn't seen two-year-old Sean Preston and 17-month-old Jayden James since Jan. 3, after she refused to allow Federline's bodyguard to pick up the boys after one of her monitored visits and she ended up under observation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The troubles songstress was stripped of her visitation privileges and has only been allowed to contact the boys by phone.

But while Federline seems to have things under control—"A hands-on dad…He's with the kids 24/7," Kaplan said—the consensus is that Sean and Jayden shouldn't be without their mom for too long.

"Kevin looks forward to developments in the future whereby the children will have a mother who will participate in their lives," said Kaplan, who on Tuesday met with Britney's outgoing and incoming family attorneys, Anne Kiley and Stacy Phillips, to try to fashion a visitation game plan. "That's his goal, that's [Jamie Spears'] goal, that's her lawyer's goal. So, in that regard, we are all on the same page."

And the fact that Jamie is temporarily in charge of his daughter's finances and general welfare hasn't exactly been a bad thing, as far as Federline's camp is concerned.

"With Jamie as the conservator, it puts a lot of different dynamics into the case that were necessary but not present before," Kaplan said.

"Obviously, Jamie is somebody who is reliable, that has the best interest of the petitioner in mind. He has, so to speak, cleaned house and got everyone away from her that he didn't feel were necessarily acting in her best interests."

So, it seems pretty clear as to where Kaplan stands as far as Britney pal Sam Lutfi, who under a temporary restraining order is prohibited from approaching the singer until at least Mar. 17, is concerned.

"The fact that he's served is a good thing," Kaplan said. "I think it just gives the conservator more control over the situation and certainly protects against outside contact that probate court is trying to stop."

But as far as Britney's time with Sean and Jayden is concerned, Jamie's increased influence in the Blackout popster's life is a good thing, not least because Jamie and Lynne Spears have already been cultivating their relationship with the kids while they've been staying at K-Fed's house.

"I think that his presence in the case is an extreme positive, and it helps to stabilize a situation that was wildly in flux," Kaplan said. "At least I don't have to be nervous about what [the] situation is over at the residence where visitation might be taking place.

"When I'm nervous, it's not necessarily a good thing. You have children in the middle and you always have to keep a view of that. You can't go into court, regardless of how impassioned your plea is, with something you know is not reasonably going to be perceived as what is best for the children."

And perhaps with mom back in the picture, dad will be able to pursue some of the film, TV and even stage offers Kaplan says is coming Federline's way these days.

"I don't think it will affect the kids, because what he takes will be based in part on his availability to be there," he said. "That's extremely important to him. He certainly wouldn't take any offer that would deprive the children of his presence."

The next hearing in the Spears-Federline custody case is set for Mar. 10.

Britney has yet to undergo a court-ordered evaluation, the report from which must be turned in 10 days prior to the hearing, Kaplan said. The evaluation will be a "key ingredient" in determining Britney's readiness to care for her children.

Will to WENN: You Can't Put Words in My Mouth!

Will Smith does not -- repeat, does not -- think Hitler was anything but a despicable murderer, and today a London court awarded him damages because a news service falsely alleged that he had called Hitler "a good person."

Smith won a public apology and damages in London's High Court today from World Entertainment News Network (WENN). Will's lawyer, according to the AP, told the court that the story that WENN spread was "deeply distressing" and caused Smith "acute embarrassment."

WENN'S lawyer apologized in court and agreed to pay an unspecified amount to Smith, who will donate the money to charity. Smith was not in court.

Britney Gets Visitation Of Her Kids!

"We're pleased that … the process of reinstating the children's mother as a participant in their lives can commence," Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said on Friday.

He added that Britney would "very soon" be allowed to see Tater Tot and Small Fry.

This is such a good thing!!!

Spears is finally getting her life back in order and we are so happy for her. And so is Federline.

The man who once was considered the bad guy is anything but. K-Fed didn't have to allowed Brit Brit any visitation. It wasn't court-mandated. But he and his lawyers worked with Britney's dad, Jamie, and her attorneys to make sure they could reach an agreement that would keep everyone happy, especially those two kids.

We are cautiously optimistic that this good progress Britney has made these last few weeks will continue. We hope it does. She still has more work to do on her path towards health and happiness.

But this is a very encouraging step in that direction!

Britney Gets To See Her Babies!

Such happy news!

After not seeing them since January 3rd, Britney was finally reunited with her boys on Saturday.

Spears' dad, Jamie, was present during the three hour visit, as per the new agreement hashed out with K-Fed's lawyers this week.

Britney's psychiatrist was also on hand.

We hope seeing her kids will give Brit even more incentive to continue to get better!

Lindsay Lohan was the queen of the Razzie on Saturday!

The recovering addict's film, I Know Who Killed Me, took home eight awards, beating the previous record held by the classic Showgirls.

The Razzies honor the worst in film of the year.

In addition to taking home worst pic, Lohan was a joint winner of the worst actress Golden Raspberry (Razzie) for her dual roles in the critically panned box-office dud.

Unfortunately, Lindsay didn't show up to receive her honor.

Woos!

Avril's Desperate Attempt

We can't help but pity Avril Lavigne!

Her tour is so underselling that she is taking drastic measures to sell tickets.

The Canadian poseur has just added the Jonas Brothers to her lineup, which also includes the previously announced Boys Like Girls.

With the addition to the Jonas Brothers, the tour is bound to sell, but….

Can you imagine being the headliner and having the crowd applaud louder for the opening act?????

That must suck!

So many improvements she's made in her life, not least of which is…

Look, Britney doesn't have any holes in her stockings!!!

Justin's Secret Romance!

Oh, the dramz!!!!

Before Justin Timberlake hooked up with Jessica Biel, the SexyBack singer was also fooling around with Scarlett Johansson.

Now, while trout pout Biel is in the U.K. shooting a new movie, it seems like Timberpuss may be philandering about!

The NY Post is reporting that JT is having a secret affair with Kate Hudson.

Says the paper:

Hudson has been secretly seeing Justin Timberlake for the past year. "Kate is very private and refuses to be seen with him in public," an insider said. "She doesn't want to be humiliated like Cameron Diaz was when he dumped her. But they talk every day on the phone and see each other often."

Could HE be her new babydaddy (if Kate is pregnant)????

The Spice Girls Reunion Tour is dunzo ... er, at least the US portion of the tour is finished -- the ladies have a few more Canadian dates left to play before the whole tour is finished for good. Les Spices played their final US show EVER at the at the Hartford XL Center in Hartford, CT and Pink reader Heather was in the hiz last night to tell the tale:

Heather writes: I was at last nights show at the Hartford XL Center for the Spice Girls ... and they put on a great show!! It was the last U.S show of the tour, and although it was an awesome show you could tell the girls were ready to be done. It seemed like Victoria distanced herself from the girls, some people threw stuffed animals on the stage and all the girls were talking about what animals they got while Victoria was standing off to the side of the stage by herself and gave her stuffed animals to her boys, which were sitting in the front row of the catwalk with TONS of security. Towards the end Scary let the crowd know that this was the last time we would seem them to a tour together. Even though my seats weren't that good ... it was still an excellent show!

I'm actually quite surprised that the Spice Girls would be so tired of touring after only doing it for about 3 months. Officially they say that their Reunion Tour had to end because of their commitments to their families and, one some level, I believe that is true ... but it also seems like they have grown tired of performing and are ready to put an end to it all once and for all. The ladies have a couple of shows left to play in Toronto, CA before their very last show on Tuesday night. [Source]

Still On Ange

In exciting new baby news, Angelina Jolie has finally let the cat out of the bag, er, or should I say she let the bump out of the bag. Ange decided to let the 2008 Film Independent's Spirit Awards be the first public appearance where she let the world SEE that she is pregnant again! I just knew it! As soon as I heard that the adoption of Pax Thien was finally official, I knew that we'd be getting new baby news from Brangelina. There is speculation that she is pregs with twins and if she has a boy and a girl then her family will retain it's balanced perfection. Here are a few pics of Angelina with Brad Pitt proudly showing off her burgeoning bump:

Photo credit: Splash News and Wireimage

Yes, it's true. A source close to the couple tells PEOPLE that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are "thrilled to be adding to their brood." Jolie's baby bump was the buzz on the blue carpet Saturday as she stepped out in a curve-hugging black dress at the Film Independent's Spirit Awards with Pitt. The Jolie-Pitt family currently consists of Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 1. Last week the couple's adoption of Pax was made official. Adds a source close to the couple, "They are very, very happy."

OMG, I love it! These two are so baby crazy ... it's kind of adorable. I find it hard to believe that they're gonna stop having/adopting kids anytime soon. I'm actually kind of shocked that Angelina was able to keep this huge-ass bump under wraps for so long. Sure, there have been murmurings that she was with child but she did a really good job of keeping her stomach on the downlow. The last pics I posted of her were from earlier in the week when she went to the movies with Maddox ... I can't believe she was hiding this big bump underneath her trench coat. In any regard, I'm very happy for these two ... let the babies keep on comin'. [Source]

The Spears Boys Reunion Tour

Yesterday afternoon it was reported that a deal had been struck in the ongoing court case dealing with Britney Spears and her involvement with her children that resulted in the court's approval to let Brit Brit spend some time with her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, in a therapeutic, monitored setting. Much of the credit for this new development goes to Papa Jamie Spears, father and conservator of Britney. This morning, after many weeks of separation from her children, People magazine reports that Britters was allowed to spend some time with her estranged sons:

This from TMZ: TMZ has learned Britney Spears has won her visitation rights back -- with strings attached. We're told lawyers for both sides have hashed out a deal in which Britney will get visitation in a therapeutic setting. Commish Scott Gordon has signed off on the agreement. It's a deal more than a week in the making. The parties had agreed in principle last weekend to a deal but it fell apart in court last Tuesday. We're also told K-Fed is down with Britney seeing the kids again.

The kids can visit with momma, provided Jamie Spears and her psychiatrist are present. There are other strings, but at a minimum Jamie and the shrink are required. We're told both sides are impressed that Jamie has stabilized Britney and the whirlwind surrounding her crazy life, and that's a core reason why a deal was struck.

This from People: Britney Spears was reunited with her sons Saturday. After lawyers for Spears and Kevin Federline reached a visitation agreement Friday, the pop star saw her children Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, for the first time since Jan. 3. The boys left Federline's Tarzana house Saturday morning – put in their car seats by their father, according to photographers – and were driven by Federline's bodyguard to Spear's Studio City home. A source involved in the case says, "The real hero was [Spears's father] Jamie. He has taken charge, and she has visitation again." Sources confirm to PEOPLE that Jamie and Britney's psychiatrist were present for the visit.

This is phenomenal news! I think Papa Jamie Spears deserves huge congrats for managing to be an effectively positive force in Britney's life ... tho, I suppose much credit goes to the medical staff at UCLA as well. There has been such a huge change in Britney's life since her admittance into the UCLA medical facility recently ... it would seem to me that they were able to detoxify and possibly medicate her enough so that she can act in a somewhat normal manner. Having her father in her life has done wonders for her already ... sure, she's still very happy to go out in public sans underwear (and flashing the photogs with her bare crotch) but, for the most part, she seems to have gotten her act together. I can imagine what a positive experience it might be for Britney to get to see her kids again. I really hope she takes the opportunity to cherish this time with her children. If she can continue to stay un-crazy, then she should be able to spend a lot more time with her kids very soon. Yay! This is such great news!! [Source]
