Cops: Shia LaBeouf May Not Have Caused Crash



Shia LaBeouf may not have been at fault in a crash that flipped his truck early Sunday morning in West Hollywood, according to authorities.

"It appears he was not at fault," Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said Tuesday. "We have strong evidence that the other driver ran a red light."

After the accident, LaBeouf, 22, was booked on suspicion of DUI at Cedars-Sinai Hospital, where he received extensive surgery on injuries to his left hand.

"He was showing obvious signs of intoxication from the smell of alcohol coming from his breath," Sgt. Scott Wolf told PEOPLE.

In the car with LaBeouf was his Transformers 2 costar Isabel Lucas, 23, who, in addition to the other driver, did not sustain serious injuries.

Earlier that evening, the Indiana Jones star was seen drinking at a West Hollywood music venue.

LaBeouf has yet to be formally charged with any crime.

Usher: My Baby Boy Is a 'Pull-Up Master'



He's still in diapers, but Usher Raymond V is already stealing some of his dad's famous moves.

At just 8 months old, "Cinco," as his parents call him, "is already trying [to do flips]," his dad Usher told PEOPLE Friday at an event at Tiffany & Co. in Atlanta for his non-profit Usher's New Look foundation. "He's a pull-up master."

Looking ahead to his own 30th birthday in October, Usher – who recently helped mentor 126 underserved kids through his annual Camp New Look – said he is excited about the milestone.

"That's something to be proud of," he said. "I'm so proud to be a father by the time I'm 30. I'd hate to be years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do back flips when they're in high school!"

Audrina: ‘I Don’t Blame Lo’ for Hills Feud



Audrina Patridge, who shares a home with her Hills costars Lauren Conrad and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, may be the odd one out — but she’s not blaming her roommates.

The 23-year-old brunette admits to the L.A. Times that there was tension between herself and the two Laurens, but that the media and editing have blown the feud out of proportion.

“Things change and friendships do drift apart sometimes,” she says. “Lauren and I aren’t not friends, we’re just not as close as we used to be.”

But it’s not the fault of Bosworth, who doesn’t always come off on the show as a fan of Audrina.

“I don’t really blame Lo, she and Lauren have been friends for a long time,” says Patridge, who adds that the fight gets cleared up in the upcoming fourth season, and that she and Conrad still try to hang out once a week.

As for Audrina’s sometimes-passive appearance on the show, she says that’s due to the time constraints of the Hills editors.

“I don’t feel like they show me on The Hills sticking up for myself. They edit that out,” she says. “In real life, though, I’m bubbly and fun and talkative, and when you see me on the show I’m always sitting there and sad. But I’m fine with it because it’s not my show.”

But being on the MTV show, which returns Aug. 18 (10 p.m. ET on MTV), has helped her for her upcoming role the sequel to Into the Blue.

“It’s so different from a reality show because I have lines to memorize,” she says.”The Hills definitely helped just in terms of being in front of the cameras and being used to crews watching me. It made it a lot more comfortable on a film set.”

Jerry Lewis Cited for Carrying Concealed Weapon



Police cited veteran funnyman Jerry Lewis for allegedly concealing an unloaded weapon in his carryon luggage as the 82-year-old was preparing to fly from Las Vegas to Detroit, Las Vegas policeman Bill Cassell tells the Associated Press.

Lewis's manager, Claudia Marghilano, called the handgun a hollowed-out prop gun for Lewis's show. It could not fire, she added, also claiming her client did not know the item was in his bag.

Cassell, however, said a prop gun "wouldn't be a weapon, and we couldn't cite him for carrying a weapon."

Kevin Federline on Life: 'I Can't Complain'



In his first public appearance since he was granted sole custody of his two sons with Britney Spears earlier this month, Kevin Federline hit the links Tuesday.

Asked how he is doing these days, the single dad told PEOPLE: "Been having a good summer, I can't complain."

Federline, 30, who spoke to PEOPLE at skateboarder Ryan Sheckler's X Games Celebrity Skins Classic, outside L.A., said he's been balancing career and parenting. "I've worked here and there a little bit," he said. "Definitely staying at home with the family."

As for how sons Jayden, 1 1/2, and Preston, 2 1/2, are doing, Federline said, "They're good."

He was tight-lipped, however, when it came to Spears or how he's moved on from their court battle. A July 18 agreement ended the nearly two-year case, with Federline retaining sole custody of the boys, and his spousal support being bumped up to $20,000 from $15,000.

"I'm not here to talk about that," he said.

Federline, who played the Trump National Golf Club course with a friend, wore baggy shorts and sneakers, smoked cigarettes off the golf course, drank iced coffee, and drove his own golf cart. He took practice shots on the driving range before the game, but both of his shots on the Hole in One competition missed.

"I tried to warm up before I got here, but..." Federline laughed. "It's going to be one of those up-and-down days. We'll have to see how it goes."

He also said on the red carpet, with a smile, that his children know when their father is at play. "They know when daddy's golfing," he said.

Federline was mum about his future work plans. His last rap CD, Playing with Fire, came out in 2006. The musician said he's still a hip-hop fan.

"I don't know, I'm going to make everybody wait on that," Federline said. "I'm not revealing any work strategy right now."

Miley Sought for Safe-Sex Ed




It may not be Disney's first choice of sponsor for their brightest—albeit increasingly antsy—teen star, but teaming Miley Cyrus with a condom manufacturer may not be as ridiculous a notion as it might have been, say, six months ago.

In a shameless publicity grab (and yes, we bit), LifeStyles Condoms has offered the 15-year-old Hannah Montana star $1 million to become the newest purveyor of prophylactics and to become the company spokeswomangirl.

While Cyrus has vowed to save herself for marriage, the company says the young star should never say never.

Pointing to a certain fellow tween queen (cough, Jamie Lynn Spears, cough), LifeStyles claims that, should Cyrus choose to get into bed with them, so to speak, she may enjoy a less dysfunctional future.

"Pop culture proves that teens are more ready than ever to discuss the subject of sex," says the company's VP of marketing, Carol Carrozza. "We believe that Miley is both influential and relatable to this afflicted set—and is the obvious choice to get the message of safe sex out to teens across America."

Team Cyrus, however, doesn't seem so smitten with the proposal. "We never received an offer, nor would she consider the offer," her rep tells E! News.

But LifeStyles, which already has a 50 Cent line, isn't giving up easily. The condom dispenser is willing to sweeten the deal: When she comes of legal age, the company is prepared to offer Cyrus a lifetime supply.

Oprah School Trial Kicks Off, Closes Doors




The case may not be closed, but the trial is going to be.

"Tiny" Virginia Makopo, the dormitory matron at Oprah Winfrey's Leadership Academy for Girls accused of abusing six students and a fellow dorm matron during a four-month period, went on trial today in Johannesburg.

Makopo, alternately pegged as both 27 and 28 years old, pleaded not guilty to 14 charges of indecent assault, common assault, verbal abuse, soliciting a minor to perform indecent acts and criminal injury.

Batman Bale Keeps Reporters in Dark About Arrest




The Japanese media can say sayonara to any insight on Christian Bale's recent arrest.

"It's a private matter," Bale told reporters at a Tokyo press conference promoting The Dark Knight.

When one brazen media type ignored the noncomment and asked whether the 34-year-old box-office king was doing "OK," Bale stuck to his batguns.

"It's a private matter," he repeated.

Shia LaBeouf Reveals: "I Don't Know How to Have One Drink"



In the wake of Shia LaBeouf's recent DUI bust, a revealing cover story on the actor in Details magazine's September issue is generating a lot of attention.

Most notably, the Transformers star's openness about past rituals with his dad.

"We would drink together and smoke together," the 22-year-old reveals. "And it's just a bad deal. It's not something that is conducive to being a role model—no iconic actors that I know of have problems like that. And I don't know how to do it like a gentleman. I don't know how to have one drink."

LaBeouf also recounts the incident in November 2007, when he was arrested for trespassing because he refused to leave a Chicago Walgreens superstore after being asked repeatedly by security guards. (The charges were later dropped.)

"It was two hotheads," he says, "one completely in the wrong, one who wasn't enjoying his job that night, going at it about minuscule bulls**t."

As for the actor's condition following last weekend's DUI crash, his mom, Shayna LaBeouf, told E! News on Monday that her son is "doing" fine" after undergoing surgery Sunday for injuries to his left hand.

Casting Couch: J.Lo Makes Like Mary Poppins; SVU Probes Luke Perry; Becks, Alba on Sesame Street



Life with twins is making Jennifer Lopez run for The Governess.

The supposedly nanny-averse actress has lined up a new postmaternity-leave project, E! News has confirmed, a romantic comedy about a professional thief who passes herself off as a nanny to a wealthy widower with three rowdy children so she can pull off the score of a lifetime. And—surprise!—she begins to fall for the family and reconsider her life of crime.

The Governess reunites her with screenwriter Kevin Wade, who penned her 2002 box-office hit, Maid in Manhattan. The script was cowritten by Wendy Braff with a polish by Don Roos. Director Nigel Cole (Calendar Girls) will roll cameras in Massachusetts in October.

Lopez apparently needs to keep Emme and Max in diapers. Before work begins on The Governess, she's set to star in Roos' next directorial effort, Love and Other Impossible Pursuits, with Lisa Kudrow. That project should begin shooting soon for a 2009 release.

In other casting news, former 90210 denizen Luke Perry is among the guest stars on the Sept. 23 season premiere of Law & Order: SVU. NBC confirms that Roseanne's Sara Gilbert and Lost's Julie Bowen will also appear on the opener.

The plot focuses on a couple (Perry and Bowen) accused of abusing their foster child. Gilbert plays the kid's biological mom.



Meanwhile, sunny days are chasing the clouds away and attracting all kinds of people to Sesame Street this season.

The Muppet-happy thoroughfare will be the destination of choice for guests like David Beckham, Jessica Alba, Jack Black, Feist, Neil Patrick Harris, Heidi Klum, Jenny McCarthy, Will Arnett, Jason Taylor, LL Cool J, Chandra Wilson, Molly Shannon, Patrick Warburton, Jonah Hill, Brian Williams, Gilbert Godfrey, Megan Mullally, Randy Jackson and Sandra Oh.

Greek Star Paddled With DUI Charges




The hazing continues for Scott Michael Foster.

The 23-year-old Greek star was charged Tuesday with two misdemeanor DUI counts stemming from his arrest last week in Hollywood following a routine traffic stop.

Foster is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 11 on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or above.

Patrolmen pulled the actor over shortly past midnight on July 21 near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Wilcox Avenue. After he failed field sobriety tests, Foster was booked into custody and held until about 5 a.m., when he was released after posting $5,000 bail.

Foster wasn't too rattled by the bust to return to frat-boy mode. He managed to make it to the Greek set that morning, where, a source told E! News, "he was very apologetic and grateful that nothing worse happened as a result of his bad decision."

Dina Lohan's Movie Premiere Showdown




Forget about Lindsay Lohan getting into trouble.

Now it's her mom, Dina, and sister, Ali, who have gotten themselves into a bit of a skirmish.

Depending on whom you believe, Dina and Ali were either booted from last night's New York City premiere of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2—or they decided to leave on their own.

I talked to Dina and some other guests, and, well, I'll let you decide...

Sources report that when Dina, Ali and a friend of Ali's arrived to the after-party, they sat down at a reserved table. A studio staffer politely asked her to change tables, but "Dina "went apes--t," a partygoer tells me. "It so wasn't cool."

So not cool that "Dina was quietly removed" from the rooftop soiree, another source says.

Dina, however, claims she decided to ditch the party because she says that the studio staffer started raising his voice.

"He made the girls uncomfortable," Dina wrote in an email to me this afternoon. "At that point, the girls wanted to leave."

But my party source insists, the studio folks "couldn't have been nicer."

"Dina was so awful," the source said.

Reps for the studio did not comment.

No surprise, but the heated spectacle became the talk of the party. "Other than that, it was a gorgeous night," another source said.

Sam Lutfi Won't Agree to Permanent Britney Barrier




Does Sam Lutfi want back in the Britney picture? Or does he just not want some stinkin' judge telling him what to do (let alone some stinkin' commissioner)?

Sources tell E! News that the former member of pre-conservatorship Team Spears is willing to fight the restraining order that's been keeping him at least 250 yards away from his popster pal since Feb. 1.

A hearing on conservatorship issues, including whether to make the Spears family's order against Lutfi permanent, is scheduled for July 31.

"Sam won’t sign a permanent stay-away," a Lutfi insider says.

So far, Lutfi has "quietly" allowed the current order to be extended twice without appearing in court to object, with the last roll-over occurring April 16.

"He just agreed to it," Lutfi spokesman Michael Sands said at the time. "Sam and the family are communicating and cooperating, trying to do what's best for Britney."

But while the onetime flashbulb target "just wants the whole case to go away," he is apparently eager to at least clear his name, considering 2 a.m. shopping sprees and other questionable bonding experiences are a thing of the past.

"If they want to go to trial, he will go to trial," the source said. "He did nothing wrong."

Miley Cyrus to Katy Perry: Kiss Off!




Miley Cyrus says there's no way she's going to be locking lips with Katy Perry at this Sunday's Teen Choice Awards.

The 23-year-old "I Kissed a Girl" hitmaker recently said in an interview that she was hoping to snag a same-sex smooch onstage with the 15-year-old Cyrus in the spirit of the infamous Madonna-Britney Spears kiss.

"No thanks," the Hannah Montana star told me yesterday with a laugh. "She sang on my record. So I think she's kind of getting back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds."

Meow!

Cyrus has been on a nonstop promotional campaign to support her new hit album, Breakout, and her upcoming gig as the host of Teen Choice.

Will she ever slow down?

Probably not, but she says she'd love to eventually take a break from Hollywood to go to college.

"I was online the other day looking at colleges," Cyrus said. "I want to go in London. I'd like to do fashion and then photography."

But she's still got time to think about higher education. She doesn't even turn 16 until November.

"I'm into just kind of chillin'," Cyrus said about her upcoming birthday. "I'm into having just a good ol' pool party or, like, [going to] the beach with a couple of friends. I don’t want to feel like I have to entertain the whole time."

That's not the only big event in November. Her animated movie with John Travolta, Bolt, hits theaters on Thanksgiving. Will she and Mr. Travolta sing together on the soundtrack? "I would like that," Cyrus cooed. "I mean I think that would be so cool. Oh my gosh!"

Another legend I had to ask about was one of my idols, Dolly Parton. The country music icon has appeared on Hannah Montana as Hannah's Aunt Dolly.

"I will tell you," Cyrus said, "Dolly is like the nicest person ever. On our set, from people that clean our dressing rooms at night to the top producers, she gave them hats and signed every one of them. It was like 500 hats!"

As much success as Cyrus has had and as much as she loves what she does, she's actually discouraging her 13-year-old brother from getting into show business...well, at least for now.

"He's really talented, really good at the drums," Cyrus said. "But he's, like, 13. So, you know, he's not ready for it yet. He's like, 'I don't want to start as young as you did in the business.' I'm like, 'Yeah, I agree.' I think he should, like, finish high school and stuff."

Sounds like good advice from a showbiz veteran.

Traveling Pants Meet Gossip Girls in NYC



It's been a long few years since their first movie together for the girls of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. Blake Lively, America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel all came together for their big red carpet premiere last night looking gorgeous in dresses. Beautiful in orange Blake was joined by most of her Gossip Girl costars like Leighton, Chace, and Ed, but noticeably absent from the red carpet was her boyfriend Penn Badgley. As for the stars of the movie, America stood out in her daring blue dress and Alexis in sexy black while only Amber actually went for pants at all. These girls have all come a long way since the first Traveling Pants hit the big screen and if anything, that only means bigger and better things for the sequel. I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see another fun-filled flick from these four fabulous ladies.

Mayer and Aniston Stand at Clubs and For Causes

By Monday morning, John was out running errands — and picking up a few things at Fred Segal, fun — around LA showing off his fuzzy buzz cut. While John stocked up on some new goodies, Jennifer flexed her more charitable arm. She signed on to participate in the Sept. 5 Stand Up to Cancer telethon alongside other celebrities like America Ferrera, Casey Affleck, Lance Armstrong, Christina Applegate, and more. Ashton Thinks Back to His Teen Years

Naomi Has a Growing Baby Bump but No Need For a Wedding



Naomi Watts showed off that growing baby bump out with Alexander in NYC yesterday and again with a friend this morning. The little guy just turned one on Friday and in just a few short months will be joined by a new younger brother or sister. Hollywood seems to have baby No. 2 fever these days, but this is one mom-to-be-again that isn't rushing to the altar. She recently talked to the London Times Online, saying, "Maybe, I don’t know . . . I never say never, but I’m not desperate to get married. I’m not someone who has always dreamt of a wedding day. I’m more disbelieving. Or have been." She pauses. "Well, that was my original stance. You loosen up about things as you get older." Marriage or not, one thing's for sure — the already beautiful Watts-Schreiber family will be even cuter when their new addition comes along.

David Duchovny Believes in London

David Duchovny left the red carpet in LA and hopped over to London to promote The X-Files: I Want To Believe. He was out looking casually cute as usual — or not, you decide. So far, the movie's been a disappointment in the box office, bringing in only $10.2 million last weekend compared to the first one's opening weekend of $30 million in 1998. David doesn't seem to be too upset, though, and showed off his good nature in an interview with the Daily Mail. Here are some highlights:

Lindsay <3s Samanhattan but Heads Back to LA



Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson arrived back at LAX today with Sam hiding what looks like a short new hairdo underneath her fedora. The girls stayed busy in NYC between getting trapped in their second-floor hotel room on Sunday, escaping by climbing down a wall, and enjoying a candle-lit dinner at Gemma on Monday night with Sam's brother Mark. The ongoing saga of Lindsay getting hit by a motorcycle also continues, with the latest denial coming from Lindsay in the form of her new BlackBerry messenger name: "LL <3s [hearts] samanhattan - I didn't get hit by a bike!!!" While LL apparently still won't reveal what actually was behind her trip to the hospital, at least her cutesy nickname for Sam shows she's in good spirits.

The Hills star Audrina Patrdige sat down with the LA Times to talk about her “secret life.” Here’s what the 23-year-old aspiring actress had to say:

What’s the biggest misconception about you? I don’t feel like they show me on “The Hills” sticking up for myself. They edit that out. I’m generally happy with how I look when it comes out. In real life, though, I’m bubbly and fun and talkative and when you see me on the show I’m always sitting there and sad. But I’m fine with it because it’s not my show. I’m there because of Lauren.

Tell us about the first time you got recognized in public? I think it was during the second season. It was a lot of little girls. Some of them cried. I kept telling them, ‘I’m normal, I promise.’ There was also one time when this older woman at a make-up counter just started giving me advice about Justin Bobby and the girls and living in L.A. It was weird, but when people meet me they feel like they know me. I was at the beach just yesterday and this lady from Minnesota sat down and just started talking to me. They just feel very comfortable. It’s very flattering.

What’s the best thing about being a star? The best part is getting opportunities to go to huge awards shows. We got to present at the MTV VMAs last year and you’re surrounded by these amazing artists. It’s just so exciting.

What is your favorite thing to do alone? Go on my laptop and answer e-mails. There’s a lot of them. I like to respond to people who message me on my Myspace. The real me is “Audrina XO,” not all the other Audrinas listed.

Selena Gomez sat down with Extra! to talk about her reported feud with fellow Disney star Miley Cyrus. Here’s what the 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star had to say:

On the untruth behind the reported rivalry between her and Miley Cyrus: “It’s just the media wanting something to talk about and wanting us to fight…and there’s nothing there to talk about.”

On how she deals with false media reports: “Everywhere you go you hear things that are untrue…You just got to learn that if I don’t say it, physically out of my mouth, on camera, it’s not true.”

On how she handles her rising fame: “It’s overwhelming and there’s a lot to think about…to know there are hundreds of kids out there that look up to me. I know that’s a big responsibility. I am also very confident to say that it is wonderful and I’ll do my best that I can do to be the best role model I can be.”

On crediting her mom for keeping her grounded in reality: “My mom’s there to say, ‘The moment I see you get big headed or changing, I will drag you right back home to Texas and we are moving away from here.’”

On what she has downloaded on her iPod: “On my Ipod right now is my best friend Demi [Lovato], Paramore, Fall Out Boy, Jonas Brothers. Then I actually got Miley’s new CD. I really like her CD.”

Vanessa Hudgens Puts Zac Efron To The Test



High School Musical cutie Vanessa Hudgens recently tested her on-and-off-screen boyfriend Zac Efron, reports Life & Style.

Egged on by her gal pals to gauge her man’s loyalty, Vanessa, 19, sent “a really hot friend” to chat him up at the gym where he works out.

“He had no idea she was a friend of Vanessa’s,” says an insider involved in the scheme. “The hottie started talking to him, but Zac didn’t flirt back — and she’s gorgeous!”

Apparently Zac, 20, passed the test!

Added the insider, “He’s only got eyes for Vanessa. And we had fun with the prank!”

Kristin Kreuk Has Short Hair



Former Smallville star Kristin Kreuk just blogged an entry titled “Ummm… I cut off all my hair!” Here’s what she had to say:

“So, I am assuming there are a few of you who are wanting to murder me at this precise moment… Now, deep breaths, it will grow back at some point. And I think it is pretty darn cute.

“For three years I have been wanting to cut my hair. It’s been long for about 15 bloody years. If I had not been working on a television series I would have cut it a while ago. I suppose this is kind of an expression of freedom, haha. Us gals tend to have so much tied up in hair. There is like this emotional attachment to it, and it is apparently a REALLY big deal to cut it all off…in one go. I had a plethora or offers to come with, to document, and I just went in there on my own and Sarah (she is the key hairstylist on Smallville, and is freakin rad) tied it in a ponytail and sawed the sucker off…

“And now I have short hair. It feels really different. My head feels different. Washing my hair this morning was by far the strangest experience I have had in a while… Like, there is no hair there. And there was before. And now there isn’t. Really weird. And yoga was fun with no hair. And I can feel the wind rush through, and the sun hit the nape of my neck, and my head feels LIGHT. I am experiencing the world in a new way. Really that is how I feel about this new phase in my life.

“Apart from my family, Smallville is the longest relationship I have been in. 7+ years. And it has now pretty much ended. The decisions I am making now are a reflection of where I am in my 20’s. GBD is my primary commitment at this point, as well as my relationships. I have got to admit that it is really strange to not walk into that studio every week. But, there is a whole world of new shizznat that I now have the opportunity to choose. I can grab the proverbial hair goo of life and play… I told you all last week. I am sappy.

People Magazine Wins Bid For Brad and Angelina’s Twins’ Pictures



JustJared.com has just learned that People magazine has drummed up the winning bid for the first pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins - Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. It is rumored that the winning bid is between $10 million and $15 million. The pictures will come up in a future People magazine issue (but not this week!). The money paid to Brad and Angelina has already been earmarked for charity.

EXCLUSIVE: Khloe Kardashian to Shia LaBeouf: "Be Smarter"



Reality star Khloe Kardashian – who served 173 minutes in jail last week for a 2007 DUI charge – has some advice for actor Shia LaBeouf, who was arrested for DUI after getting into a car accident on Sunday.

"Just be smarter," she told Us at the Annual Style L.A. Runway show benefitting the Facial Paralysis Foundation & Stop the Violence/Face the Music benefit, which she co-hosted with sisters Kim and Kourtney at the The Viceroy Hotel, Santa Monica, CA on Monday.

"Think about your actions and get a driver!" the 24-year-old counseled. "It's so much cheaper in the long run!"

LaBeouf, 22, was arrested early Sunday morning following a night of boozing at West Hollywood's Troubadour club. His 23-year-old Transformers co-star Isabel Lucas was a passenger in his truck when the accident occurred. LaBeouf required extensive hand surgery but police determined he was not at fault for the accident.

Khloe's jail stint was short but dramatic.

"As soon as I got to Lynwood, there were three bomb threats, and so they put me in solitary confinement," she told Ryan Seacrest on Monday. "They released me early because I was a threat to the prison."

She pledged to "never" drink and drive again.

Expect to see the incident on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

"We were filming already and we got the whole thing on tape," Kim told Us.

Aside from jail, Khloe told Us that she's having a "boring summer.

"I had a bunch of trips planned and we never went on any of them," she said.

Eight years ago today, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston wed in a star-studded, $1 million ceremony in Malibu, CA.

"We were engaged for a year-and-a-half, and we just got married when it felt right," Pitt, then 36, has said of their decision to tie the knot.

In her vows, Aniston, then 31, promised to always make Pitt his "favorite banana milk shake." Pitt, in turn, vowed to "split the difference on the thermostat."

Jay-Z donned never-before-seen bling in NYC Wednesday: his wedding ring to Beyonce!

The rapper, 38, was spotted wearing the jewelry while leaving his Tribeca apartment, where they wed April 4.

Beyonce, 26, and Jay-Z tied the knot over three months ago in a "very special, very private, very intimate" rooftop ceremony, according to a source close to the pair.

Famous guests included Destiny's Child singers Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams as well as Gwyneth Paltrow and hubby Chris Martin.

Why did they choose the date April 4? They're obsessed with the number!

The rapper named his club 40/40 after a baseball term. (If a player hits 40 home runs and steals 40 bases in the same season, it's considered a major coup.)

The couple also have matching IV tattoos on their ring fingers, and they were each born on the fourth day of a month (Beyoncé on September 4; Jay-Z, December 4).

Are kids next for the couple?

"One day I hope to be married with children," the singer told Ellen DeGeneres in 2006.

"I don't want to retire at 30, I want to relax," she said. "I still want to make albums and movies, but at a slower pace."

And when he asked what she did for a living, Dita responded with "I'm a dancer."

So what's a horny Prince to do?

He hired the "dancer" for his son's 24th birthday.

We're sure Prince Harry would loved it!

An insider says, “Poor Charles was so embarrassed when he realised what he’d done. He genuinely had no idea about her raunchy stage act. She was stunned when he suggested the idea, explaining that his son loved a good dance. But he gnawed his fist to within an inch of its knuckle when his aides explained what sort of dancing she did for a living.”

Comedian Chris Rock still can't get that major nutjob off his jock!

Despite DNA tests that proved that the comedian is not the father of Kali Bowyer’s child, she is moving forward with a book that still claims the boy is Rock's son.

In the press release Bowyer circulated for her upcoming book, Hollywood Child, she claims her past included “a hot affair with racy comedian Chris Rock.”

Her life, according to the release, “started crashing down all around her,” until “getting pregnant with Chris’ son saved her life.”

Rock’s attorney said, “There is a final judgement. This is not Chris Rock’s child. It’s been fully litigated, and that includes DNA testing.”

Dayum!

Back To The Streets of S.F.



Remakes are not just for the big screen!

Both Steve Keller and Mike Stone will soon be heading to The Streets of San Francisco.

CBS will be turning the 1970s cop series into a contemporary show. The original starred Michael Douglas and Karl Malden.

The remake will keep key elements from the original shows. Such as the same names of the two main character, the same show title, and the same setting at the City by the Bay.

Writer Sheldon Turner says, "The times are very similar — it was the Vietnam War in the 1970s and the Iraq War now. There is the same sort of tension between generations, and we wanted to carry that to the new series."

There will also be references to John McCain and Barack Obama.

Turner adds, "One, like Obama, wants to be active and believes in rehabilitation, while the other one, like McCain, doesn't quite believe in rehabilitation and believes that the enemy is the enemy."

Sounds like a snooezefest.

It totally belongs on CBS, the old people's network!

An ignition interlock is a breath test device linked to a vehicle’s ignition system and is normally mandated to convicted drunk drivers as a condition of probation. We hope Mr. LaBeouf will voluntarily use the opportunity of his DUI arrest to educate his fans – and the country – about this life-saving device by installing the device on his vehicles.

Ignition interlocks are proven effective tool in the fight to eliminate drunk driving and save lives.

· Ignition interlocks reduce drunk driving offenses by an average of 65 percent.

· Ignition interlocks have the potential to save more than 4,000 lives now taken in repeat drunk driving crashes annually.

· A majority of American citizens (65 percent) support the use of ignition interlocks as a sanction for first-time convicted drunk drivers.

· A full 85 percent support ignition interlocks for repeat offenders.

States across the nation are turning to the alcohol ignition interlock to help prevent drunk driving tragedies. Just this year, four states – Washington, Nebraska, Alaska and Colorado – expanded the use of alcohol ignition interlocks to include all convicted drunk drivers. MADD lobbied the California state legislature this year to pass similar legislation and plans to make the expanded use of interlocks in California its top priority next year.

MADD believes the tools are now at hand to eliminate drunk driving from the United States. The Campaign to Eliminate Drunk Driving, launched in November 2006, has four elements: intensive, high-visibility law enforcement, full implementation of alcohol ignition interlocks for all convicted drunk drivers, development of advanced vehicle technologies to prevent drunk driving and grassroots support led by MADD and its 400+ affiliates, to make the elimination of drunk driving a reality.

Ali Lohan brought her effortless charm masquerading as a 45-year-old's smoker voice and leather choker to "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" premiere last night, and proved that while talent might be genetic (survey's still out) the ability to pose on the red carpet is clearly not.

Ali's smile is definitely still a work in progress.

Which "Traveling Pant"er is For You?



Well, well, well, what a difference three years makes. Back in 2005 when the OG "Sisterhood" debuted, Alexis Bledel was the cream of the teen crop with Amber Tamblyn riding shotgun, while America "I'm indie" Fererra and Blake "newbie" Lively were just the other two girls in the movie.

Jump to present day and America is now an Emmy-winning actress and Blake is on TV's hottest show, while Alexis and Amber are now the other two girls in the movie.

My how the tables have turned, mostly for Alexis because I think Amber is doing a respectable job landing movie roles. But this isn't a dissection of their career choices, it's a lively discussion about their fashion sense.

Last night at "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" premiere, it was as if each girl was chosen to represent one-fourth of the movie's key demographics: Blake played the part of sun-kissed beach babe, Alexis opted for accessible fashionista, America went short & sassy and Amber channeled edgier style with her pantsuit.

So, if you had to share their pants (or dress), which girl, and outfit, is your choice? I'm on Team Blake!

It's Official, Keys is Bound To Bond!



After name-checking pretty much every singer in existence, "Quantum of Solace" producers have finally settled on the musician - actually make that musicians - to handle theme song duties on the 22nd 007 movie.

Alicia Keys and Jack White will make Bond history when they record the first duet for the long running franchise - Jack, who wrote and produced the song, will play drums on the track while Alicia will sing the crap out if it!

Alicia had previously hinted that a collaboration with Jack and Meg White was in the cards when she told Rolling Stone magazine, "I just think we could do something really interesting that mixes rock and soul together. We've had some conversations. When the time works out, and it definitely will, it will happen."

The title track is called "Another Way To Die" and while I had previously championed Amy Winehouse for the gig, I can't argue with the producers choice. Alicia is a phenomenal talent, whose voice will definitely echo back to the soulful title track from "Goldeneye" that Tina Turner performed.

Jamie Lynn Spears’ Wedding Plans



Jamie Lynn Spears has already started planning her wedding, and that she and Casey Alridge will walk down the aisle together before the end of the year.

The couple will not be married very far nor at some celebrity resort, opting instead for something closer to home. “She loves everything about the area where she lives. She’s not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills,” a friend of the bride-to-be tells OK!. “Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn’s style.”

Britney Spears will be Jamie Lynn’s maid of honor, and Casey’s sister Ashlee will be one of her bridesmaids. Maddie will possibly be in a basket decorated with flowers and carried into the ceremony by the bride and groom’s mothers.

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong Split



Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong have reportedly called off their three-month romance.

“There was no drama or ugliness – They just decided to end things,” a source close to the couple tells Us Weekly. “There is no hatred, just sadness.”

The couple first began seeing each other during a visit to the Bahamas in May, right after Kate broke up Owen Wilson.

Their romance snowballed quickly, with the couple spending Father’s Day in the U.S. together with their children from previous relationships.

Lance, who was previously engaged to Sheryl Crow, has three children while Kate has a son, Ryder, with ex-husband Chris Robinson.

Here, we see Harry's nemesis Voldemort as blossoming evildoer Tom Riddle, played by 10-year-old Hero Fiennes-Tiffin (nephew of Ralph Fiennes, the all-growed-up Voldemort). And wow, that kid's spookier than his uncle in a bald cap eating unicorns. Or doing whatever it is Old Vold's doing here, which looks like busting out jazz hands under strobe lights? On the bright side, seems like Dumbledore fans will have plenty to love.

The Disney slut's new record, Breakout, sold 371,000 copies this past week. That's the second biggest debut by a female artist of the year, behind Mariah's first week sales of 463,000 for E=MC2 in April.

Cyrus' last album, Hannah Montana 2 /Meet Miley Cyrus, started at No. 1 last July with 326,000.

Mitch Winehouse is clearly delusional.

Amy's father thinks that his daughter was hospitalized on Monday because someone drugged her!

Poppa Mitch is convinced that someone put club drug Ecstasy in Amy's drink.

Mitch has called the police to register his suspicions and has warned Amy he will find the “friend” responsible.

A source says, "Mitch is furious. He’s certain someone put E in Amy’s drink — and he’s determined to get to the bottom of it. He is convinced that one of her hangers-on was responsible and he’s waiting for a toxicology report to show what caused her to fit. If his suspicions are proved right, he wants someone to be punished. He is seriously unhappy about Amy’s flat being a stop-over for randoms and wants an end to it.”

Uh huh.

And Mitch probably thinks someone puts the crack in Amy's pipe, a gun to her head and forces her to smoke it!
