Third Time's A Charm?



Reports are surfacing that 24 star Kiefer Sutherland might be getting married - again.

For the third time!

He was first married in 1987 to Camelia Kath, with whom he has a daughter.

They divorced in 1990 and then he married Kelly Winn in 1996.

That one lasted about as long as the couple separated in 1999 and later filed for divorce in 2004, but it wasn't finalized until just last month.

Now, Sutherland is said to marry his current girlfriend, Siobhan Bonnouvrier, a magazine editor.

A friend of Sutherland says, "Now that Kiefer is finally divorced, everyone is hoping he will marry Siobhan. Kiefer is a changed man and Siobhan is just the right woman for him. She is an amazing woman and has transformed Kiefer in just a few short weeks."

The insider continues, "She isn't the least bit bothered by his fame or wild past and the relationship has blossomed. They are both looking for long-term commitment so they are on the same page in terms of relationship goals. Everyone is hoping Kiefer finally settles down and find happiness with her. You can tell just by looking at them they are madly in love."

Hmmm…

"Hoping" they get married isn't exactly a very convincing "yes, they're definitely getting married" statement!

Jury deliberation time is almost upon us!

The R. Kelly defense team has rested its case.

According to reports, the alleged child pornographer 'looked relaxed' as one of his attorneys rested the case without calling any witnesses for the day.

Jurors are back in court Tuesday, when prosecutors plan to call two rebuttal witnesses.

Closing arguments are likely to begin Thursday.

Season 2 was cut short by the WGA strike.

They're All Messed Up!



As we mentioned last month, Bill Murray and his wife, Jennifer Butler-Murray, are filing for divorce.

And it's gotten messy!

Jennifer accuses Bill of abusive behavior, drug and alcohol addiction, and frequent abandonment.

But, reports are surfacing that Jennifer is no saint. Apparently, SHE'S the one who's the alcoholic!

Jennifer's allegedly known around her Charleston, SC neighborhood as a frequent drinker and someone who gets "physical" with her children. Oh, and also gets the police called on her.

According to police reports from this past March, she was apparently so drunk that two of her kids ran over to a neighbor's house to ask for help.

It started when a witness saw her yelling loudly at one of her children and the cops where called in to go investigate.

The report from the officer states, "I spoke with [Jennifer] and advised her of the complaint. The w/f [white female] seemed to be very impaired and didn't want me on her property anymore, she slammed the door and I left the residence."

Later that night a neighbor called cops saying two of her children were at his home asking for help.

Scary.

WTF was she doing to them?

The report continues, "I then had the complainant meet me at the police station to talk with the juveniles. They informed me that their mother had been drinking heavily and had [become] physical with them."

Violence is NEVER the answer.

As for Bill, he was in California at the time, so the kids had to be sent to a family friend's house until he returned.

As for alcoholic Jennifer, her lawyer has of course declined to comment.

But What I Really Wanna Do Is Sing!



Heroes star Hayden Panettiere has remained relatively mum recently.

Her career seems to have been put on hold when Heroes stopped airing due to the writers strike.

Now, the young actress wants to try and diversify herself.

She's going to try and be a musician. For real this time!

And, to help her along the way will be the clothing and show company Candies.

Candies will help to promote her song Wake Up Call from her upcoming album through Hollywood Records, set to be released in 2009.

And, although full details have not been released, it is known that Candie's will take the "majority of the cost" for the single. This will include a print campaign, a music video, and a multi-million dollar ad buy on television.

Wow, they must really love Panetierre. We sure hope the song doesn't suck!

The ad campaigns will begin at the end of July with the song being released digitally on August 5th.

Last year, Candie's did something similar with Fergie, using her songs Glamorous and Big Girls Don't Cry in their TV commercials. But, we're guessing they couldn't afford Fergie again.

And, according to Ken Bunt, a senior VP of marketing for Hollywood Records, he says, "We had to work within her crazy schedule to determine what direction she wants to go with her music. Wake Up Call is a reggae-flavored pop song that was written by Andreas "Quiz" Romdhane and Josef Larossi, who have previously written tracks for Geri Halliwell, Diana Ross, Il Divo and Westlife."

Celebs beware cuz UCLA's not the only place in LA that's left celebs out to dry.

According to a new report, the Feds could find that employees at a lot of L.A. hospitals favored by celebs have allegedly been on the payroll of the tabs for years, based on transcripts obtained of taped conversations among dirt-diggers at the Globe magazine.

The recordings, made by former Globe managing editor Jim Mitteager, capture him talking with his reporters and sources about stars who allegedly have undergone cosmetic surgery and abortions, as well as been treated for mental illness, bulimia and AIDS!!!

Some of the celebs name-checked in the recording are Tom Cruise, Roseanne Barr and Paula Abdul.

A reporter says on the tape, "The people who want to sell the story have physical proof. They want $4,000. They want to move fast because it's Christmastime and they want to get paid."

Celebs were sold out for cheap!!!!

A lawyer for several celebs mentioned on the recordings said he would ask his clients if they want to pursue legal action.

A publicist for Kelsey Grammer, Robert De Niro and George Clooney, said, "It's alarming that this criminal activity could go on so long without being detected."

Some things should be sacred, y'all - like your health and medical records!

She Has No Manners



It's nice to see washed-up, old people can still get jobs!

Pamela Anderson was hired to appear at Canada's club Opera in Montreal this past weekend.

According to her agreement, Pam was to get paid $100,000.

Talk about a bad investment!

In return, she was supposed to walk the red carpet, give about 5 minutes of interview time to each journalist and co-host a swimsuit contest.

Not bad at all for $100k.

Oh, and she even requested her own special room that had to be filled with flowers for her to do interviews in.

But PamPam didn't keep up her end of the bargain.

And according to the Canadian press, the total diva wannabe was a complete snob to the media!

Anderson was hardly on the red carpet and barely spoke to the media from her homeland, walking for just a few seconds and ignoring the press folks who had been waiting for her over an hour.

As for her room filled with flowers, she didn't even bother to step foot inside!

Oh, and she didn't even co-host the competition like she was supposed to!!

Instead, she spent most of her time on leather coach, at moments holding a small Canadian flag.

We hope they have some really good lawyers in Canada, because someone needs to sue Anderson for not keeping to her end of the contract!

Next time, hire Perez. We'll speak to the media for an hour if you pay us the $100k.

"Lindsay kept ignoring Sam all night long as they ate," says one spywitness. "Then she [Lohan] made a huge scene and stormed off."

Things apparently are sooo bad that….

LezLo was seen moving her things out of saMAN's house on Sunday. The two have reportedly been living together the past couple of months.

Guilty!



Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Incarcerated, has plead guilty to perversion of justice.

Wino's hubby has admitted to assaulting a barman and then attempting to cover it up.

Blakey (and three-co-defendants) pleaded guilty last week, but a court order barred reporting the pleas (until now).

Wino's husband was arrested in November and has been in jail awaiting trial ever since.

No word yet on his sentencing, but we're assuming he will likely get off easily for time already served.

Blake faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for the assault charge. Perverting the course of justice carries a maximum sentence of life, though that is unlikely to be imposed in this case.

She Needs To Dump Him!!!!!



The lovely Anne Hathaway's boyfriend is nothing but trouble and BAD for her reputation!

Once again, Raffaello Follieri is in troubs with the law.

Most recently, he was arrested in May for writing bad checks. And there have been many similar incidents before that.

Well, now, The Follieri Foundation, a charity run by Follieri, is being investigated by New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.

Until recently, Hathaway's beau, sat on the board of directors of a NYC children's charity. Cuomo's office refused to tell the Post why it was investigating the Manhattan-based charity, which says its programs include vaccinating Third World children.

Investigators are asking for financial docs from the charity. Not good!

Lindsay’s career is on the rocks and friends say they’re concerned

Since Lindsay Lohan was spotted kissing Mark Ronson’s openly gay sister Samantha in Cannes a couple of weeks ago, the rumour mill’s gone into overdrive with gossip that the star’s on the verge of coming out.

Even her estranged father Michael said of the rumours: ‘It’s evident to anyone with half a brain.’

However, some sceptics are suggesting that Lindsay could simply be using this relationship as a publicity stunt to boost her flagging career and make money by selling her story to a magazine.

The truth is that Lindsay, 21, is in such a financial mess that she’s been forced to sell her two homes, which could be why she moved in with Samantha.

Having blown her fortune on hard partying, she resorted to begging for sponsors for her own 22nd birthday celebration in July, launching a website to raise funds, but her management advised her to cancel the event.

It’s a far cry from the Lindsay of two years ago, leader of the pack of young Hollywood talent. But now offers have stopped flooding in and she’s been reduced to accepting a bit part in an episode of US sitcom Ugly Betty – which actually saw a slump in viewing figures, despite being the season finale.

Lindsay’s ‘good girl’ image was tarnished when she confessed to drink and drug problems last January. Add an arrest for drink-driving and possession of cocaine, two spells in rehab and the humiliation of a leaked sex tape featuring Calum Best and it’s hardly surprising that her reputation’s taken a hit.

Even the paparazzi aren’t making much money from her any more. Jessica Townsend of photo agency Splash News says: ‘We still follow her, but there isn’t the interest there was when she had the electronic tag on her ankle after her drink-driving conviction.’

Honor Warren: Jessica Alba’s Baby Daughter!



As reported yesterday, Jessica Alba gave birth to a healthy baby girl this past weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

People reports that Honor Marie Warren was born on Saturday.

“I don’t want to be my child’s best friend. I want to be a mom,” Alba recently told Fit Pregnancy. “But I do want my child to come to me when they have problems and need to talk, so it’s going to be about treading that line.”

Kimora Lee Simmons: I'm Not an 'Extreme Diva'



Kimora Lee Simmons has a lesson to share about married life – and it's not all fabulous.

"When you get married, you're forced to drink the milk long after it's spoiled," the designer, 33, tells Giant magazine for its June/July 2008 issue.

Simmons – who in March filed for divorce from her husband of 10 years, Russell Simmons – is now dating actor-model Djimon Hounsou, and is never one to shy away from knocking down tabloid talk when it comes to her personal life.

"I hear the craziest things, like, 'She has to have a champagne glass filled within a quarter inch of the lip,' " says Simmons, who dismisses any notion that she might be an "extreme diva."

Shia LaBeouf "Embarrassed" by Antigay Slur



A slap across the face from a friend isn’t the only thing that left Shia LaBeouf red.

A rep for the Indiana Jones star says he's "embarrassed" by a YouTube video that made its way around the Internet yesterday and earlier today. The clip, which has been pulled by YouTube, shows LaBeouf participating in a sophomoric slapping contest with a friend during what appears to be a boozy house party.

LaBeouf successfully provoked his pal to whack him by calling him a “faggot.”

“The video tape that is currently being circulated is several years old and captures Shia playing a game amongst friends in which he uses a derogatory word towards a friend,” LaBeouf’s rep tells me exclusively. “He regrets having used the word in any capacity and is very embarrassed that this footage is being seen by anyone.”

Nicole Kidman: Not Nude on Vogue Cover!



Rumors that a pregnant Nicole Kidman would appear nude à la Demi Moore on an upcoming cover of Vogue have been greatly exaggerated.

Kidman is on the July issue, but she is fully clothed in a photo by Annie Leibovitz (yes, the same photographer behind Miley Cyrus' controversial body-baring pic in Vanity Fair).

In fact, Kidman's rep tells me, she wasn’t even showing when the cover was shot.

Instead, I’m hearing Ms. Kidman will be seen on the cover of the fashion bible wearing a custom-made dress by Oscar-winning costume designer Catherine Martin.

The shoot took place on the set of Australia, director Baz Luhrmann’s epic drama set in 1930s northern Australia starring Kidman and Hugh Jackman.

“There is no nude cover,” a source says. “They’re just gorgeous Annie pics.”

Martin, who is married to Luhrmann and did the costumes for Australia, has also designed four different versions of the Kidman dress to be sold exclusively at New York’s luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman.

Kidman was also shot by Leibovitz a few years ago for Vogue on the set of Luhrmann’s 2001 musical, Moulin Rouge.

She is pregnant with her and husband Keith Urban's first child. They have not revealed the due date.

Coldplay Tour Temporarily on Ice



Coldplay isn't free to Viva la Vida just yet.

Unspecified "production delays" have forced the British rockers to postpone their upcoming North American tour by two weeks, meaning their first show will be July 14 in Los Angeles instead of June 29 in Philadelphia, according to Billboard.

The final date of the Viva la Vida tour will still be Aug. 4, but the show take place in Boston instead of Chicago. An updated itinerary is available on the band's website.

The Jonas Brothers: Ready to Rock This Summer



Squealing is about to be taken to a whole new level.

The frenzy that perpetually surrounds the Jonas Brothers will reach a fever pitch this summer, thanks to Joe, Nick and Kevin starring in the Disney Channel movie Camp Rock, premiering June 20, as well as the release of their third album, A Little Bit Longer, on August 12.

"Girls chase our cars after shows as it is!" Nick tells TV Guide in its June 16 issue regarding the expected rise in preteen adulation.

Favreau Totally Blogs, Questions Iron Man II Date



So this is how it works in Hollywood, now? You direct a huge summer blockbuster, you get a greenlight on your sequel and then have to bitch about your bosses...on your MySpace page?

Iron Man director Jon Favreau has been deftly fielding fanboy questions on a MySpace forum this week and has also lobbed open complaints about the ambitious schedule laid out by Marvel execs. The April 2010 release date for Iron Man II doesn't sit well with him, and here's what he said:

"Neither Robert [Downey Jr.] nor I were consulted about this and we are both concerned about how realistic the date is," he writes. "We owe it to the fans to have a great version of IM2 and, at this point, we would have less time to make it than the first one."

See, after Iron Man's huge debut this summer, Marvel announced a jam-packed lineup assembling the classic Avengers superhero team, including Thor (2010), Iron Man II (2010), Captain America (2011) and The Avengers (2011). Favreau says he's keen on directing The Avengers, too, and feels he won't have time. "It's been five weeks," he writes, "since the one and only phone call my reps have gotten from Marvel."

Other revelations from the thread:

* Favreau has plans for classic baddie/martial-arts master The Mandarin: "[He is] Iron Man's nemesis and will be incorporated in the sequel." As will ironclad buddy War Machine.
* While Downey Jr., as Tony Stark, shows up in this week's The Incredible Hulk, Favreau sees a Hulk cameo in Iron Man II.
* Longtime Iron Man geek Ghostface Killah shot a cameo for the film, and it should surface as an outtake on the DVD.
* Favreau liked the Hulk movie. "I saw it last night," he writes, "and it was a lot of fun."

Terrence Tunes Up, J.Lo Tunes In



Terrence Howard has completed the hustle. Now he's letting listeners in on his flow.

The Oscar-nominated actor has set a Sept. 2 release date for his long-promised debut album, Shine Through It.

Produced, written and of course performed by Howard, the Columbia Records release already counts two music vets as major fans: a couple of up-and-comers named Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez.

"They heard it...[Anthony] was like, 'This is so incredibly sick,' " Howard told E! News. "Marc Anthony asked me to come on tour with him so I can sit there and watch...He wants to show me the way to perform this as honestly as possible. Lost his mind over it. Rep Shoots Down Paul Newman Cancer Reports



Paul Newman is not at death's door, thank you very much.

The Hollywood icon's agent, Toni Howard, tells E! News a slew of gossip reports claiming Newman was terminally ill with lung cancer are "not true."

The reports began in earnest late last month, when Newman backed out as director of Our Town at the playhouse in his hometown of Westport, Conn., citing an unspecified illness.

Several tabloids pounced on the news as evidence of a dire condition. Subsequent photos of a seemingly gaunt-looking Newman at a recent charity event, posted last Friday on Martha Stewart's blog, has added fuel to the speculation, which was even picked up by the Los Angeles Times' gossip blog.

The 83-year-old Oscar winner announced last year that he was ending his acting career after 50 years.

Jessica's Bro: Baby Looks Like an Alba to Me

Coolio Rapped for License Trouble



Coolio spent the morning chillin' in jail.

The "Gangsta's Paradise" purveyor was arrested early Tuesday during a routine traffic stop after police discovered he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended driver's license, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Per authorities, Coolio, whose real name is Artis Ivey Jr., was pulled over at 1:45 a.m. in West Hollywood when officers noticed the vehicle registration tags on his 1996 Hummer had expired. They learned of the suspended-license rap after running his name through their computer.

Coolio was booked on the misdemeanor charge at downtown L.A.'s Parker Center jail and released at about 6:45 a.m. after posting $10,000 bail.

Heroes Adds a New Villain



Yep, it's true. Sources confirm that Francis Capra has been cast on Heroes. We've also exclusively learned that Veronica and Weevil—er, Elle and Jesse, do share at least one scene. Former Veronica Mars costars Capra and Kristen Bell together again? Hallelujah!

Sources tell us Francis is doing a three-episode guest arc as villain Jesse Murphy, a thug who runs with a gang of two-bit criminals. However, Jesse is more than just a meathead. He does have a power. When and where will it be deployed? You'll have to watch to see.

Lindsay & Sam: It's Not Over (at Least Not Today)



Her new movie is called Labor Pains. But trying to keep up with the changing-every-five-minutes status of Lindsay Lohan's friendship with Samantha Ronson is sometimes just a laborious pain.

R. Kelly: I'm Not Taking the Stand



R. Kelly has spoken up for the first—and probably last—time in his child-pornography trial.

The embattled R&B star announced to the judge today that he would decline to take the stand in his own defense.

"I decided not to testify," he told Cook County Judge Vincent Gaughan outside the presence of the jury.

The 41-year-old performer is not required to testify and had not been expected to. He has pleaded not guilty to charges that he videotaped himself having sex with a minor.

Earlier, Gaughan ignored defense objections and ruled that jurors can review the sex tape once they begin deliberations. The judge says the video is the key piece of evidence in the case.

Kelly's team abruptly rested its case yesterday. Prosecutors plan to call two rebuttal witnesses later today, and closing arguments are on track to begin Thursday.

Stuntman Dies on John Woo Film



A stuntman is dead after a fire swept through a film set of John Woo's upcoming Chinese-language historical epic, Red Cliff.

Six others were also injured in the accident, per the Beijing News. During filming of an action sequence in the Chinese capital, the special-effects crew intentionally set fire to a small boat, which crashed into a larger vessel as planned, but the inferno raged out of control and overwhelmed both boats before it could be extinguished.

The 23-year-old stuntman was killed in the explosion, while the other crew members were taken to a nearby hospital. No word on their condition.

The thesp is once again sticking with his patented winning formula in Lost for Words, playing a British movie star (that's acting, folks!) who agrees to act in a Chinese film and begins a flirtation with the translator—only to realize he's actually in love with the non-English-speaking director, played by Ziyi Zhang.

According to Variety, go-to Grant collaborator and the U.K.'s leading purveyor of romantic comedies Richard Curtis will produce the film, which shoots in September.

Smurfs Prepare Comeback Tour



Children of the '80s, take note: There's something smurftastic brewing in Hollywood.

Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation have scooped up the big-screen rights to the Smurfs and are on track to develop a hybrid live action/animated film based on the three-apple-high beings.

Papa Smurf, Smurfette and the rest of the blue-hued crew will be computer-rendered in the flick, which filmmakers hope launches a movie franchise.

Created by Pierre Culliford, aka Peyo, in 1958, Les Schtroumpfs began as minor comic-book characters before branching out into ubiquitous merchandising efforts and as NBC's Emmy-winning Smurfs cartoon, which ran from 1981-90.

Davids Stem and Weiss, the family-friendly scribes behind Shreks 2 and 3, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and The Rugrats Movie, are in talks to write.

Sienna Remembers Heath Ledger by Way of PJs



This definitely gives special meaning to the phrase "giving one's shirt off one's back"—or, in this case, one's blue-checkered PJs.

Sienna Miller poignantly recalls the time when she and her Casanova costar, the late Heath Ledger, went out one night with her mother while shooting in Venice.

"It had been pouring with rain and Heath ran out in the middle of St. Mark's Square and we were running around, and I slipped over on my arse," she tells the U.K.'s Telegraph. "He picked me up and everyone started laughing. We all ran back to his flat and he gave me these dry pyjamas to get home in."

The actress inadvertently held on to them for two years, until last November, when she says Ledger came by her home for a visit.

"He was having trouble sleeping, I gave them back, to help him sleep. When he died, I was so sad that I didn't have these stupid pyjamas anymore, so his father found them to give to me."

Miller has since brought the sleepwear with her to Prague, where she is currently working on the action flick G.I. Joe, along with a CD featuring the music of her friend Tarka Cordell, who also passed away earlier this year.

During a brief hearing today, a judge ordered the estranged exes to split $150,000 in attorney's fees and costs related to their ongoing custody battle.

The duo's nasty feud over their toddler daughters Sami and Lola seemed to simmer down in March, when both sides acknowledged some sort of mutually satisfactory agreement had been arrived at.

But last month, Richards told KIIS-FM host Ryan Seacrest that Sheen had stopped making child support payments. The sitcom star's camp refused to "dignify the majority of these allegations set forth by Denise Richards with any measure of response."

Sheen tied the knot May 30 with real-estate investor Brooke Mueller, his third trip down the aisle. Meanwhile, Richards has been making the media rounds promoting her E! reality series Denise Richards: It's Complicated.

So while I’m doing all this physical work, it’s important for me to remain small. I’m sure they want me to get all big, but it’s important to remain believably geeky,” he told Comingsoon.net back in February.

Brody Jenner Scores ‘Bromance’ TV Series



The Hills star Brody Jenner has scored a new TV show called Bromance, a reality series from Ryan Seacrest’s production company.

The six- episode stint will feature a group of “bros” compete to join Jenner’s entourage. Contestants will have shots at a “group date” and “alone time” with Brody in every episode. At the end of every ep, a rejected “bro” will be asked to leave the bachelor pad dripping wet during a “‘Hot Tub Elimination Ceremony”. Expect a lots of shirtless dudes!

“I thought it was funny, and we recently lost a member of the entourage, so I thought we’d have fun with it,” Brody told Variety.

Brody’s BFF Frankie Delgado, who also appears on The Hills, is one of the show’s producers.

Similarly, Paris Hilton is on the hunt to find a new best friend as well. Her show is called Paris Hilton’s My New Best Friend.

Essentially, Marvel decided to throw in a Tony Stark (aka Iron Man) cameo in the new Incredible Hulk movie and then prominently advertise the cameo in TV commercials to A.) create a link between the two superhero stories, B.) lay the groundwork for the future Avengers movie and C.) try and get folks who liked Iron Man to take a chance on liking The Incredible Hulk (ie. the folks who came out to see Iron Man and may not be comic book fans but liked the movie cuz it ruled). In all three respects, I think it's brills. Personally, I think it would've been much cooler to sit on the surprise cameo until the movie got released but ... hey, they're trying to presell tickets, I get it. Paul Newman is finally addressing the reports about his health.

A rep for the actor, Toni Howard, is saying that it is "not true" that he is battling terminal lung cancer.

Is he really cancer-free or is he just trying to recapture some privacy?

An inside source tells In Touch Weekl, "George really didn't want her to get the boob job. She asked George if she could do her recovery at his house and he agreed."

As for the two showing up together to the Metropolitan Museum of Art gala at the beginning of May, the insider says, "He wanted to break up with her but … He didn't want to be a jerk, so he took her to be nice."

Poor Sarah, though. Turns out she didn't find out hey had broken up until she read about it.

The source adds, "They had a huge fight and he left the house. Sarah read in the media that they'd broken up and freaked out because George hadn't told her anything. He had to explain himself because she'd found out with the rest of the world."

As for Sarah, she's apparently happy with her new look.

A friend says, "She likes her new body so much that she would consider posing for Playboy. Now that she's famous, she'd never go back to cocktailing."

The turnover was completed over a two-year period in 2005 and 2006.

The total amount of his donations to Newman’s Own Foundation Inc. comes to $120 million.

The source also reports that the actor personally gave away $8,746,500 in 2006 to a variety of groups that support children, hurricane relief in the Gulf Coast, education and the arts.
