It WASN'T Michael Jackson

We mentioned previously that one of the mega_shok.gif's "Coreys" - Corey Feldman - has come out as being a victim of sexual abuse.

And, the other Corey, Corey Haim, has also opened up about being molested at 14.

However, contrary to early speculation, Feldman was NOT molested by Michael Jackson.

In an interview for the July issue of GQ, Feldman reveals all:

People can say whatever they want, but it wasn't Michael. He and I have our own issues, but that wasn't one of them. The bottom line is, I know who it was. I didn't know how to cut him off. Not only did I continue being friends with the guy, but he was working for me. The guy that did this to me was my assistant. He would come in when I was sleeping. I would wake up and I would know what was going on, but I would just try to ignore it and hope that he would go away, which is how kids who aren't ready to deal with something deal with it. I was still a virgin at the time. I hadn't even had sex with a girl. So for me it was just kind of bewildering. Despite what people think, I was actually very innocent and very naïve at the time. I was your typical American kid.

Haim revealed to GQ how he's been dealing with the molestation revelations:

It's something that will be addressed in my inner soul for the rest of my life, and it's something that truly affects me, and I opened up a can of worms, so to speak. Every day I opened up, like, a can of sardines. It's something I've addressed. Psychiatrists can be helpful. They have the medications and blah-blah-blah. But I don't want any of that, man. I've dealt with this, and I'm dealing with this—second by second, minute by minute, day by day. Everything's cool. It's just like, It happened, it's over, and move on. Let's move on to the next subject."

Pretty heavy stuff.

Packing Up, Moving Out

Looks like the Jolie-Pitts are done with New Orleans (for now).

According to reports, Brad and Angelina have sold their Louisiana home.

Did they need the bucks for the down payment on the huge chateau they picked up in France?

Where's Brad going to stay when he's in town doing his N.O. rebuild projects????

Eat Some Pasta!

This is so sad to see!

From the look of things, Allegra Versace is still battling an eating disorder, a disease she's been fighting for years.

The sole heir to Giani Vesace's empire attended a party for Uomo Vogue in Milan on Sunday with mom Donatella and Janet Jackson.

At least Janet's looking mighty healthy!

Vanessa Hudgens has spoken out about that crazy rumor that her boyfriend, Zac Efron, isn't a fan of showers.

About those "reports," she told Newsweek, "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Whoever came up with that is completely idiotic. He showers! He showers! Believe me, he does."

She sure would know! We think.

Hanks Screws SAG

Thespian union the Screen Actor's Guild (SAG) must be peeved!

Big name, super huge, A-list star Tom Hanks threw his weight behind the other actor's union, AFTRA, this weekend.

We've mentioned before that SAG and AFTRA failed to work together to cut a 'unified' actors deal with the media moguls.

AFTRA made a deal with the suits that's yet to be voted on by their members.

SAG's been trying to convince the nearly 40,000 actors who are in both unions not to accept the AFTRA deal cause they think they can get a 'better' deal'.

With Hanks on board with AFTRA, looks like SAGs job will be that much harder!

We just hope that the actors get what they deserve without a strike!!

Hayden Panettiere - sporting a wig - gets some PDA from her much older boyfriend, Milo Ventimiglia, in between takes of shooting the new season of Heroes, this past weekend in Los Angeles.

Production may be halted next week on the show - and all other SAG projects - if the Screen Actors Guild is still unable to reach an agreement with the big media moguls.

Hopefully that won't happen - again!

Don't Count On It

Despite her fragile state, Amy Winehouse will supposedly play Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday Concert on Friday and Glastonbury….with an ambulance crew on standby at the gigs, the British media is reporting.

We really hope that's not true!

Health first, girl. Your health first.

Amy is reportedly determined not to let Nelson Mandela or her supporters down.

Wino's not going to let emphysema put a damper on things!

Wino's enablers entourage will probably be banned from hanging with her at the gigs. Poppa Winehouse said, "What hope does she have if people are taking drugs around her? I don't want her hanging out with mates like Pete Doherty."

Concert organizers are looking to outfit her backstage area like a private hospital suite with a massage bed and paramedics.

But, that's not all Amy needs!

A friend reveals, "After everything Amy has been through, her main fear is that she has lost her lucky pendant containing a lock of hubby Blake's hair. Amy is desperate to find it because she reckons she can only perform at her best when she's wearing it."

That sounds like crack talk!

Do y'all think Wino will make the gigs?

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in both women and men in the United States and throughout the world. Lung cancer has surpassed breast cancer as the leading cause of cancer deaths in women. In the United States in 2007, 160,390 people were projected to die from lung cancer, which is more than the number of deaths from colorectal, breast, and prostate cancer combined. Only about 2% of those diagnosed with lung cancer that has spread to other areas of the body are alive five years after the diagnosis, although the survival rates for lung cancers diagnosed at a very early stage are higher, with approximately 49% surviving for five years or longer.

Emphysema is a long-term, progressive disease of the lung that primarily causes shortness of breath. In people with emphysema, the lung tissues necessary to support the physical shape and function of the lung are destroyed. It is included in a group of diseases called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD (pulmonary refers to the lungs). Emphysema is called an obstructive lung disease because the destruction of lung tissue around smaller airways, called bronchioles, makes these airways unable to hold their shape properly when you exhale.

Kirsten Dunst Is All Good While Shopping and Filming

Kirsten Dunst had a busy day yesterday, shooting scenes with Ryan Gosling for their film All Good Things and swapping shades for shopping with a friend in Soho. Kirsten proved she was a bargain hunter while in rehab and she still likes to check out the $5 rack at H&M. Kirsten is getting back into the swing of things and a dash of retail therapy mixed with some Ryan hotness will hopefully keep her in good spirits.

Jessica and Justin's Smiley Reunion

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel looked uncharacteristically happy to be back together in LA today on an early morning stroll with doggie Tina after Justin's quick trip overseas. The smiles on their faces show that being together is helping ease any pain for both of their movie troubles, or maybe it's just that JT smells so good. It's nice to see the couple catching some downtime together, and maybe they'll even be able to sneak in a good vacation before Summer's over.

Nicole Richie left her adorable strolling partners Harlow and Joel at home yesterday as she reported to driving school for her weekly class. Next up for Nicole is a one episode stint playing a mean girl on Chuck. She's certainly no stranger to the small screen with another show on the way, and this makes us even more excited for one of our favorite shows to be back on in the Fall.

Ryan Reynolds looked just delicious after a little shopping expedition at Saks in Beverly Hills yesterday. We've still yet to see Ryan with Scarlett Johansson (aka his future Mrs.) since they announced their engagement, but if we get to see him looking this cute, no complaints here. Hey, at least now he doesn't have to worry about her running off to correspond with a certain presidential candidate. When she's got something this manjoyable to come home to, who needs politics? Kidding, kidding.

Anne Hathaway Skips Town to Mexico

Best thing to do after a breakup — work, travel, cut your hair, and enjoy movies that aren't cheesy romantic comedies. Anne Hathaway is busy doing all those things. The newly single actress was in Mexico City with Steve Carell last night to promote their hit movie, Get Smart. While Anne is busy getting over her breakup to her boyfriend of four years, Raffaello Follieri was hospitalized for a severe sinus infection. Methinks a $21 million bail might have caused that. Plus, as he prepares to miss that lavish Italian 30th birthday party he was planning, more and more details of his shady behavior emerge. At least Anne is far away from his mess now, even if she is somewhat heartbroken.

She missed the LA Film Festival premiere of the movie on Tuesday, but was happy to pose alongside her costars Olivia Thirlby and Josh Peck. Chace Crawford: I Never Watched American Idol

That’s an unusual name. Yes. I’m OK with it.

Why didn’t your parents spell chase properly? I blame my dad. He wanted all Cs.

Have you been in a love triangle like the one on Gossip Girl?
No, not one where I’m suddenly cut into a montage of me having sex on a bar stool. I’ve gone from girlfriend to girlfriend in the past but I’ve never been in a seedy love triangle.

You were reportedly dating American Idol winner Carrie Underwood. Have you ever voted in a reality show phone poll? No, I’m not a big fan of reality shows and I never watched American Idol.

So you’re not having a secret gay fling with ex-’N Sync singer JC Chasez?
No, of course not.

Do you have a favourite ’N Sync song? No, I don’t.

Emmy Hearts Guy, Harshes On Heroes, Housewives

Stewie, a serial killer and Down Under singers are in. Wisteria Laners, Cylon apologists and Heroes are out. Let the grousing begin.

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences released its list of Emmy semifinalists for this year's top TV drama and comedy series, and along with usual suspects like The Office, Boston Legal and House, there's plenty of new blood and old favorites still in the running for hardware.

Fox's Family Guy could become the first animated show to win an Emmy for Best Comedy Series, making the top 10 along with newcomers like HBO's Flight of the Conchords and ABC's Pushing Daisies.

On the drama side, critically adored cable hits Damages, Dexter, Mad Men and The Tudors all passed muster, as did HBO's dearly departed The Wire, which has one last shot at an Emmy nomination after five seasons of snubs.

Lost also made the cut, back in play after a snub in 2007.

Speaking of last year, The Sopranos was named Best Drama in its final season, beating a field that also included Boston Legal, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes and House. On the comedy side, 30 Rock triumphed over Entourage, Ugly Betty, The Office and Two and a Half Men.

While all the 2007 comedy contenders were back, Heroes failed to repeat in its second season. Other notable shows on the diss list: prime-time broadcast hits Desperate Housewives, the various CSIs and Law & Orders, along with cable favorites like Battlestar Galactica, Big Love, Saving Grace, Army Wives, The Closer and—sorry tweens—Hannah Montana.

The five finalists in each category, will be selected by a combination of "blue ribbon panel" balloting (50 percent) and the vox populi of the full TV Academy (50 percent). Nominations for the 60th Primetime Emmys will be announced July 17. The ceremony will go down Sept. 21.

Comedy Series:

* Curb Your Enthusiasm

George Clooney Offers Two Cents to SAG, AFTRA

AFTRA opted to negotiate with major studios and networks independently from SAG this year, and its leaders have been criticized for their willingness to accept a deal that, as far as SAG is concerned, lets the suits off easy.

But of course, the hospitality didn't end there.

Awkwardness aside, the conversation did manage to segue into whether or not the crooner has started work on a new album.

Rings Suit Needs Rounding Out

The lawyers need to shore up their offense or this lawsuit could be headed for the fires of Mordor.

A Los Angeles judge ruled Tuesday that certain parts of the suit filed on behalf of J.R.R. Tolkien's charitable trust against New Line Cinema over—what else?—a royalties dispute must be revised with further details before the case can move forward.

As is, the allegations "support nothing more than a breach of contract" and have not made a case for fraud or breach of fiduciary duty, L.A. Superior Court Judge Ann I. Jones wrote in her decision.

The plaintiffs allege in their complaint that New Line, which produced the Oscar-winning The Lord of the Rings trilogy, cheated Tolkien's trust out of at least $150 million. According to attorneys representing the trust, a contract the late British author inked in 1969 with the studio that originally owned the rights to his classic series stated that his estate was to receive 7.5 percent of gross receipts from any films and related merchandise.

The trilogy, which kicked off in 2001 with LOTR: The Fellowship of the Rings, took in nearly $3 billion at the box office worldwide.

Tolkien's legal fellowship is asking for both compensatory and punitive damages for its troubles.

The actor-turned-activist, who in May returned from his third trip to the Congo in the past eight months, will appear in a special documentary on tonight's edition of Nightline to shed more of a global light on the often overlooked, yet terribly devastated, region.

"It makes sense to be skeptical about celebrity activism," Affleck wrote in an online essay about his trip. "There is always suspicion that involvement with a cause may be doing more good for the spokesman than he or she is doing for the cause."

Barack Breaks ScarJo's Heart

OMG! Barack Obama totally dumped Scarlett Johansson. Like publicly. And stuff.

After Scarlett gushed about Obama—"I am engaged to Barack Obama. My heart belongs to Barack"—he handed that heart back to her on the pointy end of a 10-foot pole.

Obama says the actress sent a supportive missive to his assistant, who forwarded it to him.

"I write saying, 'Thank you, Scarlett, for doing what you do.' And suddenly we have this email relationship."

We'll get the Ben and Jerry's, ScarJo. You bring the spoon.

Idol Auditions Get Cooking in Cali

The ink is barely dry on David Cook's record deal, but the search for the next overbearing stage father American Idol is on!

Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and man of a thousand job titles Ryan Seacrest are packing their toothbrushes for an eight-city receiving line of wannabe superstars next month, when auditions for the eighth season of American Idol kick off in San Francisco.

Although Cowell publicly toyed with the notion of lowering the minimum audition age—and increasing the personality requirement—for contestants last season, males and females ages 16 to 28 will once again be the range for eligible crooners.

X-Files Sequel Still Totally Secret, Kinda

Creepy sequel The X-Files: I Want to Believe comes out next month, but the thing is still under info lockdown. Even two clips revealed last week at the L.A. Film Festival shed little light on Mulder and Scully's latest mystery. And it sounds like David Duchovny might not even have read the script yet.

"I actually had to convince [director Chris Carter] to give me a script," Duchovny told an audience at the fest this week. He and Carter then dished on the way extreme on-set secrecy:

Carter tried to improvise an entire night's shooting, and told the crew to follow him. No plans, no advance notice, just leading people around saying, We're going to shoot here and we're going to do this. "It's not a good way to make a movie," Carter admitted.

Plus, of course, Mulder didn't know any of his lines. "That's what I was saying," Duchovny deadpanned.

"We took crazy precautions," Carter explained. "We only let the key people from each department read the script, and they read it in a room with video cameras on them."

Locked in a room and under surveillance? This is starting to sound more and more like a Saw sequel. Could they at least call their moms? "They couldn't call their moms," said Carter."

McCready Not McReady to Stay Out of Jail

Another familiar refrain for Mindy McCready.

The arrest-prone country songbird was busted in Tennessee Monday night after turning herself in for probation violation.

A spokesman for the Williamson County Sheriff's Department told E! News the singer was held for just a few hours and released later that night.

The sheriff's department issued a warrant for her arrest after it was discovered the singer was not making good on her order of community service.

McCready was released after posting bond and appeared in court to face the charge Tuesday morning, when her attorney filed a motion to reduce her number of public service hours.

She's been down this road before.

McCready served five months in Williamson County Jail last year on a probation violation charge for falsifying a prescription. Upon her December release, she was sentenced to two more years of probation.

She's due back in court July 8.
